We arrived late(3am) and past check-in time(12pm), and we knocked on the hotel door with no answer. We had to curl up in the car that night. It was actually our own fault for asking and forgetting to inform the hotel of our arrival time, but the hotel still refunded us for the night we didn't check in, and they were very friendly and made our night's unpleasantness disappear
and the hotel is near the hot balloon area which has a very good view of the balloon, just like these picture

The hotel staff is friendly, and the view from the hotel is lovely. The location is close to the temples, which is convenient. However, it’s far from restaurants, and the road condition is poor.

Очень душевная гостиница с гостеприимным и внимательным хозяином, сильно выручившем нас в некоторых вопросах.
Дополнительно в гостинице можно заказать услуги в виде такси, воздушных шаров и т.д. - цены рыночные, что очень удобно и позволяет избежать лишней суеты.
У нас был большой двухкомнатный номер, что также нам крайне понравилось, т.к. у каждой комнаты была своя душевая с бойлером.
Очень рекомендую этот отель!
