Al Khobar Thuqbah Hotels

The room is big, worthy of the name of the old brand. But the decoration is relatively old, and there are not many people staying. The road at the entrance is not clean and there is a lot of dust. It is Ramadan, so there is not much to eat for breakfast

Excellent location, I hope to improve the entertainment facilities and more cleanliness

The environment is very good, the hotel front desk has automatically upgraded the room type.

لقد كان لدي منشفة للرأس تم أخذها من قبل عمال النظافة ولقد ضاعت عندهم ولكن تم التعويض المالي وأيضا سلة المهملات التي في دورة المياه  كان غطائها تالف 

I was speechless. The balcony I booked was not displayed when I arrived. I was tossed around for a day. The next day, I changed it to a balcony. I called for cleaning but it didn't come after waiting for a long time. I wanted to take a shower at night and couldn't wait any longer. I had to go downstairs to find a new towel.

1)Including me and other more than 20 peoples waited for more than 5 hours for check in process, even though I have confirmation of booking and prepaid. Hotel management team were not able to arrange room. Response from reception staff was “No more rooms available, don’t know about your booking confirmation“. One of them said they don’t have enough housekeeping staff for cleaning., even after room allocation we waited for 3 hours for cleaning up the room.Not responding to Telephones! Never expected from a 5 star Hotel. 2) complementary break fast was below average similar to 3 stars hotel and restaurant ambiance and dining furniture were just like dormitory!

The quilt has a clear smell of disinfectant water and the facilities are old. Have the conditions to book a better hotel

1. Hotel facilities are good, apartment, so no towels 2. The parking lot is very convenient, there are Chinese restaurants around 3km 3. The suite is very new and quiet. It would be perfect if you could have breakfast 4. Talk to the front desk about room cleaning 5. There is a washing machine or something, it is very convenient

It has complete appliances so u dont need to go out. Just buy groceries, stock up your ref and you are good. Its near a couple of supermarkets, some just walking distance. Quiet room it is. And very big space for privacy.
