For the price, I expected much better service from this hotel. The room itself was spacious and featured a king-size bed, which was comfortable. There was also an oven in the room, which was a nice addition. However, the overall experience didn’t match the high price tag. Service was disappointing. Despite booking for two people, we were only given one towel, and sometimes even when we requested more, they weren’t available. The bathroom door also needed fixing, which was quite inconvenient. The location is another downside—it’s quite far from the city center, so getting around wasn’t as easy as we had hoped. Parking is also limited, so if you’re driving, be prepared for some frustration. Overall, while the room itself was decent, the service and convenience were lacking, making it hard to justify the high cost.

Booked the family room but upon arrival it was not available so we were put in individual rooms. The rooms were dirty, outdated, no towels, the shower was a toilet with a shower head over top of it. We immediately checked out the next morning and were charged for 2 days instead of one.
