Hotels should be downgraded 1 star for every 10 years without renovation. Here you pay for 5 star resort and stay in 2 star hotel. They don't even have sunbeds around the pool nor at the beach.

Maybe in the past was good, looks like you came to the Zombie Apocalypse because everything is old not well maintained. In general staff are rude and not helpful, with exception one person. The hotel is smelly. Looks very dated and poor maintained

My stay was disappointing. The air conditioning was ineffective and noisy, making the room uncomfortably hot. The WC was dirty, reflecting poor hygiene standards. Most concerning were the exposed electrical cables near the beachfront and kids' play zone, posing serious safety hazards. Hotel management very disrespectful as well These critical issues made my stay unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend this hotel until these problems are resolved.

Worst experience hygiene and cleanliness of the hotel was at its worst. Property is full of mosquitoes. Very far from city and overly priced

This Hotel Radisson Blu Resort, Al Khobar Half Moon Bay Is the most dirty Resort i have ever been The staff also are very rude starring from the Director to the trolly man My room was opened while I was outside and they left the door open (Totally fully opened) and they didn’t even realize that its is a security issue until I called the police there are many Safety concerns as well electrical wires near to the beach in very dangerous conditions Rooms and toilets are very dirty as well If you want an accident book in this hotel

أسوأ فندق رأيته من حيث خدمه العملاء انتظرت انا وأسرتي اكثر من ٣ ساعات لإنهاء اجراءات الدخول معامله موظفي الأستقبال زادت من الطين بله بسبب سوء المعامله وتأخر إجراءات الدخول انصرفت انا وأسرتي من الفندق للأسف حدث هذا امام عيني لعدد كبير من النزلاء وقُوبلوا بنفس الامبالاة من موظفي الفندق ملحوظه غادرت الفندق الساعه ٥ مساءا بعد تأخر اجراءات الدخول Worst hotel I've seen in terms of customer service My family and I waited more than 3 hours to complete the entry procedures The treatment of the reception staff made matters worse Due to bad treatment and late check-in, my family and I left the hotel Unfortunately this happened in front of the eyes of a large number of guests and was met with the same indifference from the hotel staff NB I left the hotel at 5 pm after late check-in
