Al Jubail Hotels with Wi-Fi

I had a most fabulous stay. The hotel is a resort hotel set on large grounds in a quiet area of Al Jubail. I come on business and stay here each time I come. It is a hotel that ticks all the boxes. They have 2 private beaches plus a golf buggy to take you to the beach whenever you want. They have a gym and sauna and a swimming pool. It's a great hotel for both business and leisure. I got a nice welcome from the Front office Manager and a welcome drink so I knew I would be having a great stay. They serve a great Arabic coffee with dates. I enjoyed the Executive suite which was very clean, very spacious and very comfortable. The F&B manager was very helpful with regards to my special dietary requirements. The food variety at breakfast is amazing with great presentation and with very attentative staff. I wanted to use the jet skiis however there was an issue with the port licence. I hope it will be resolved for my visit next year as I really enjoyed the jetskiis when I came last year with my wife. The hotel is luxurious, but the best thing of the hotel is actually their staff. They genuinely want to please and ensure that all their guests have a memorable stay which I greatly appreciate. I arrived to find they had no ‘studio apartment’ for me. But conceded on giving me a two bed apartment instead. Very nice space for what it is. Very clean and tidy. Do not give them any laundry to do, big fail here. The morning I’m checking out my laundry is still missing, after chasing around I ended up taking Undried clothes and was missing underwear which they lost. All because they couldn’t turn it around in 24 hours. Breakfast is basic with instant coffee. If you want somewhere central to al jubail a low price but very clean and tidy then this will do.

The best hotel in Fanateer Corniche. Amazing location, great breakfast, spacious sea facing rooms. Over all Well managed property. Spl thanks to Business Team Ms. Manal for the stress free coordination and updates. Smooth check in and check out, thanks to the front desk team. Proactive bell boys took care of baggage’s. Outdoor screen and the ambiance outstanding for a refreshing evening.

Fantastic hotel in terms of service, facilities and comfort. Admittedly the location is not ideal if you’re looking to explore on foot, but I was here for work, so that wasn’t an issue. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. From the reception staff, restaurant to the chauffeurs. All were extremely professional and personable. Nice pool in the centre and gym facility kept me content during downtime. Good in the buffet was of a very good standard. Problem is there was too much temptation. This led me to opt for the Italian and American option most nights. Lamb chops were first class. Would definitely return if in the area again for business.

Exceptional service regardless of it being understaffed. My experience was perfect yet I question a few things. How is a 7-floors hotels with over a hundred rooms managed by only one front desk employee? Of course I had some minor issues with dental kits for example and us having to ask for them, but Achmed from reception apologized for that and solved it. He was quick-witted and intuitive even during checkout time. The restaurant staff are kind regardless of the workload. I would rate the field employees with 5-stars. and management with 3-stars. but I know the rating has to be inclusive so I can't deny the exceptional service I received.

I stayed at Karan hotel for 3 weeks as part of the agreement with the company I was hired. My overall experience was great. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and courteous (Front desk, bell man, cab drivers, room service and duty managers). Quality of food served (Lunch and Buffet) was really good with range of variety. Evening dinner at Al-Barni was an amazing experience with plenty of options. Staff at the buffet section and Al-Barni was very friendly. Gym is available for fitness enthusiast. Thanks to the team at Karan hotel.

We had been there for 3 days and it’s totally not worth it. Though the room was quiet spacious and nice with a balcony , it’s the housekeeping and the breakfast buffet that are really problematic. Firstly , there is no proper housekeeping even when u tell them to clean it , they do it half heartedly . I mean u don’t really expect a cleaned room to still have used water bottles lying on the table And towel on the sofa just the way u had left it. The Kitchen has no pans, spoons or anything at all. Heck they didn’t even have a socket where to plug in the electric kettle . When asked they provided the extension but then again cups were shabbily kept on top of each other. Most of the lights in the room were quiet dim and the lamp shades didn’t work. We asked them to replace them which they did . Thank God !!! Then the breakfast buffet, honestly who serves the same limited menu every day. And it’s mostly Indian veg breakfast. Agreed it has a rooftop dining area but then what’s the use when u r serving such a limited choice of breakfast and that too same . There are much better hotels in the same price . Please check them !

Breakfast is too small, very general
