I booked in the junior suite and the view was breathtaking.
Karan hotel has surpassed all expectations! It’s clean, and the front desk catered to all my needs. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is quite efficient as it’s nearby to great restaurants and other recreational activities.

I stayed at Karan hotel for 3 weeks as part of the agreement with the company I was hired. My overall experience was great. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and courteous (Front desk, bell man, cab drivers, room service and duty managers). Quality of food served (Lunch and Buffet) was really good with range of variety. Evening dinner at Al-Barni was an amazing experience with plenty of options. Staff at the buffet section and Al-Barni was very friendly. Gym is available for fitness enthusiast. Thanks to the team at Karan hotel.

Hotel seafront is very nice area the staff cooperative we have a business meeting there the Ran at the leave he was doing very good All the staff cooperative and helpful I thank all of them will spend about 5 days meeting

Karan is downhill. The a**osphere is negativeLots of poor maintenance in the room. Also poor quality TV with minor choice of channels. Two hour waiting time to get a receipt at checkout without result. 3 requests via email were ignored. Really embarrassing. Reception employee need hospitality training. Communication was very poor.

Construction is taking place—with 630am start time—and was not informed of this. Room provided to me was above construction zone. Light in place lacked bulb. Another light had wiring that had been bandaged with electrical tape. Ladder on stairwell. Holes in hallway ceiling. To be clear I loved the decor on the first floor and restaurant and sitting areas. And the location is great. But the others aspects left me a bit shocked especially given the the price and rating. I messaged the hotel about the issue and have not heard back. I hope they can remedy the situations.
