Best stay… if you need privacy this place is the best choice… I must recommend this place, reception desk is very friendly and the service is the best.

Upon checking in, we were warmly greeted by Juily, who made us feel right at home and provided a thorough introduction to the hotel. Paulina was also there, ensuring we felt well accommodated. Our arrival was truly magical as we were transported by boat to our villa. When we arrived, Clark and Gopal, our friendly buggy driver, welcomed us. Our villa surpassed all expectations, featuring a private pool with breathtaking sea views. It was absolutely exquisite. After a refreshing dip, we went to Shorehouse for dinner. Su provided prompt and attentive service, with Arjun assisting as needed. The steak I ordered was perfection—cooked exactly to my liking and perfectly seasoned. Returning to the villa, we found it beautifully turned down by Ashish, who made sure everything was spotless, as if we had just checked in. Christine’s call to check if we needed anything was a thoughtful touch. At breakfast, Amir drove us, and we were greeted by Clark, who remained friendly and accommodating. Mario took us back to our room and was incredibly helpful. As our stay came to a close, Fillend bid us farewell and expressed hope that we’d return. We’re already considering a return trip soon. From arrival to check-out, the entire experience was flawless. A heartfelt thank you to the team for a job exceptionally well done.

We had a wonderful experience at The Ritz-Carlton Al Hamra Beach. From start to finish, our stay was exceptional. The concierge team was incredibly friendly and helpful. Julily ensured a seamless check-in process, while Polina introduced herself to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. We were warmly greeted by Clark upon arrival at the resort, and Gopal personally escorted us to our villa, explaining all the amenities and facilities. The villa itself was beautifully designed and came with a delightful fruit and cheese platter. Our dining experiences were top-notch, with exceptional service from Clark, Su, Tun, and Arun. The Shore House restaurant was highly recommended and certainly lived up to its reputation. After dinner, we returned to find that Ashish had meticulously cleaned and prepared our room. Special thanks to Fillend for a smooth check-out experience, and to Mario and Christine for their outstanding service throughout our stay. A special mention to Shivraj for making our experience even more memorable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this resort. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable!

From outstanding service to beautiful and private villas, so far my favourite hotel in the UAE. Shorehouse restaurant serves variety of delicious dishes, Chef Isabel went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable!! Big thanks to the whole team at Ritz Carlton Arun, Clarck, Gupal, Sufian, Chef Isabel, Mr John for the warm welcome and his great team!! We are definitely coming back ❤️

Celebrated our anniversary at The Ritz Shore House Restaurant and it was nothing short of amazing , cozy and warm !! My husband was well received by Mr Anul earlier in the afternoon who guided him on how to make the dinner memorable (including the little surprise decoration ☺️) and ensuring we would both enjoy the menu. What an efficient guy. We had the scallops special 10/10 , potato leek soup 10/10 , lamb chops 10/10 , bass 10/10, mashed potato 10/10 and then cake + gelato for dessert - massive shout out to the chefs and kitchen crew . Mr Atul served us so graciously, very pleasant guy answering all our questions and giving us tips on the meals and then the lovely little Miss Moe filled in the gaps and was also our camera person (she has mad camera skills!) It was an overall lovely night and we intended to further our glowing compliments to the manager of the night who visited every table (there were just 2 other tables in our vicinity) except ours … we wonder why Shore House Restaurant - highly recommend
