The biggest thing is the smell of sewage in the room. It was unbearable. The last night I had to literally use oils I had to try and not smell it. The noise levels the night before from a party was not fun. The room itself is roomy and super basic. It was quite clean and that I appreciated. The smell though again, unbearable. The smell seemed to permeate much of the hotel. Breakfast was super mediocre. The smell of fried food in there was quite gross and stuck with you. I avoided breakfast the last 2 mornings bc it just wasn’t worth it. Sorry! The beach and pool area were nice though and it was in a great location close to lots of things.

We had dinner in the restaurant was very bad... Service in pool bar not acceptable at all (called 4 time to bring the order) Room AC not cooling good

1.pool and beach access timing is very less ..7 o’clock both will close . 2.Restaurants respond is very bad.they not attend the calls even if you try to order something . Better go for talabat for food they will deliver to door step . 3.front office to Quick responsible or not even attend the call same very bad experience hose keeping staff also . Especially with family it lot of trouble I faced personally

When we checked into our room, the AC was not working. I called the front desk & they sent a technician. The room was very hot & technician took 1 hr but couldn't do anything. After 1 hour they shifted me to 2nd room. This room was relatively cooler but AC was partially working. During the night it stopped working completely & I was sweeting whole night in the bed. I called them next morning for the AC problem, they said they will provide upgraded room but that never happened & I faced the same problem the following nigt.

Excellent location with a good price but it’s a bit old hotel.

The room was very large and faced the sea view, which was amazing. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, someone took my luggage and sent it all the way to the room, and introduced the hotel facilities and restaurants. In the morning, I went to the beach in front of the hotel to walk and swim, which was super relaxing.

The room is not clean. The pillows and bed covers smell bad when you receive the room. Hair is falling in the bathroom and there is a bad smell in the bathroom. The sub-pool is not clean.

A good hotel to the sea 200 meters across the road.. There is a swimming pool clean room with a large balcony. Friendly staff.

Thank you Al Hamra for amazing birthday! May 2024 came with my family to hotel for sister birthday celebration, would like to tell Sherif and his team- thank you so much!!! He made beautiful arrangement, my sister was very pleased. Our room was decorated with beautiful flowers, balloons and cake She said it was her best birthday We also have our cat with us, my mama super happy as she don’t want to leave him, it sit all day at balcony, seems it love that place. Friendly reception, specially gentlemen from Egypt, always smiling and friendly. also would like to highlight bellboys they are very helpful, ready to help with car parking, baggage, heavy bags. Thanks to Vimal for clean beach, super clean all day. Recommended to families with pats have kitchen inside in case if you want to cook, bring cooking tools with you
