We had an amazing stay at Sofitel Al Hamra Beach! From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfect. A special shoutout to Firoz, who cleaned our room after the first night—he was outstanding! Not only did he ensure our room was spotless, but he also stocked up plenty of water for us and checked if we needed anything else. His warm hospitality truly made a difference. Another staff member who stood out was Rohit, who delivered our luggage with a warm smile and great hospitality. He was friendly, efficient, and made sure we were comfortable from the start. The front desk manager at East Restaurant was also incredibly friendly and accommodating. She made sure we had a great dining experience and was always available to assist with any requests. The warmth and attentiveness of the staff throughout the resort truly elevated our stay. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and every room comes with a balcony. We stayed in a garden-view room, and the ground-floor ones open directly into a lush green space, which was lovely. The resort itself is massive, featuring a long private beach and a huge lagoon pool, which stays open until late in the evening—one of the biggest in RAK! A great plus for families is the water park, with separate sections for kids and adults—such a fun addition! The breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options. However, for dinner, the choices leaned more towards international cuisine. As Indians who prefer a wider range of flavorful dishes, we found the selection slightly limited.
