Excellent hotel. I took a room on the Nile, close to all services

The decoration of the hotel is relatively old, the air conditioner is still leaking, and the experience is average.

Very bad hotel, very disgusting treatment. Very bad cleanliness. There are no curtains in the rooms. The bathrooms are very dirty. The services are non-existent. The dining room and breakfast are very bad. I do not recommend staying in this hotel at all. The hotel is disgusting with regard to the noise. The hotel is located in an area with such noise that you cannot sleep. The workers are bad, argumentative, and all they care about is extorting tips

The location of the hotel is wonderful, close to the National Circus and the Opera House, and it overlooks the Nile directly on its other side, but the view on the other side is bad, as you can see the roofs of the neighboring houses. Its price, relative to its location, is OK for those coming from abroad, but it is expensive for domestic tourists. The floors of the hotel differ from each other. For example, Aldo 11 is renovated and the rooms are spacious, but the rest of the floors are bad and the furnishings of the rooms are dilapidated. There is no proper room service. There are no slippers to wear in the room, even though I booked a suite, which caused me many problems, especially since the floor of the room is not furnished.. the worst thing. At the hotel, the reception staff and the marketing manager... after agreeing on the room and floor over the phone in advance, they tried to evade me in one of the old floors with dilapidated furniture, and their behavior was bad. They disabled my check-in and delayed it even though I arrived after 2 o’clock... to the point that when the marketing manager refused to stay, On a floor other than the floor agreed upon with him over the phone. He told me that if I were in your place, I would walk and see another hotel. The entire staff is untrained, unskilled, and unsuitable. Except for the restaurant workers, there is nothing wrong with them. Breakfast is average and acceptable, but the bread is cheap, simple, and not varied. The hotel is close to restaurants and shops, and there is a Naama cafeteria and La Poire confectionery nearby.
