The most expensive room type I booked, the Royal Family Suite, was temporarily taken to a different room type two levels lower. When I found out, I was told that the bathtub and heater in the room type I booked were broken. So if I hadn't discovered it, wouldn't it have been like this? When doing business, you must be honest and don't think that all customers are **. The location of the hotel is very remote, there is nothing around, and it is extremely far from the city.
