The pool and restaurant are really good, the hotel is nice and modern very clean.
The only issue is the reception staff they can be a bit unprofessional at times, we had some washing done and it came back smelling nice but our whites are now a bit grey which is a shame

定的最貴的房型Royal Family Suite，臨時帶我去了不一樣的低兩個等級的房型，被我發現了才告知我定的那個房型浴缸和暖氣都壞了。那如果我沒發現，豈不是就這麼矇混過關了？ 做生意要講誠信，不要以為顧客都是**。酒店的位置非常偏，周圍什麼也沒有，離市區極其遠，沒必要為了看幾個金字塔住那麼遠。餐廳看金字塔的樣子見照片，就這樣吧。

The staff were very accomodating butwould avoid room 202. It had a musty or sewer smell. Our friends rooms smelled ok. We enjoyed the DAR restaurant the breakfast, italian food were above average. Abo our waiter was especially nice and got us something to eat or drink even near closing time. No alcohol served here, which was disappointing for our USA tour group!

We stayed at this hotel for a quick stay but loved the staff! Our host at the restaurant, Abo Elhamed, was especially helpful with my picky children. We loved the view from the restaurant, the rooms were comfortable and clean, maybe bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper as you can hear the call to prayer early in the morning. Would recommend and also happily stay again! Thank you!

An excellent hotel with great service, food and in a wonderful location for seeing the pyramids. The management and staff were extremely helpful and professional with the stand out member being Hasam Mohamed who went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed and had a great visit.
