Thoughtful about how you want your holiday experience to be. Very quiet so can sleep undisturbed. Breakfast is filling tasty and will keep you going all day. Please have the 3 course evening meal tasty fresh bread olives figs. Great choice cooked to order. Requests changes to meal not a problem. All your needs met. My visit to Morrocco what a place out of this world. The people make this place a little gem and so unspoilt untouched. Where to start - I planned this trip for my husbands 40th. I was in contact with Nora from the hotel since Feb and she gave me all details for trips I wanted to plan including hot air balloon, her service was 1st class. When we got there we were impressed with the pools, the gardens, all fantastic. Rooms - We didn't need air con as weather unfortunately wasn't too hot but I don't think it would have been great and the back door didnt lock, however we made use of the free safe when out and about. Towels were changed regulary and floors cleaned daily. Food - something for everyone. All the traditional food as well as so much more. Fresh cook stations each day. Pancakes and donuts freshly cooked for breakfast were my boys favourite. Pools - a few of the pools were having work on them, this wasn't a major problem since there is plenty of choice and the weather wasn't great and we were super busy with trips. Water Park pool was like ice but we grinned and beared it as the slides were worth it, again I'd imagine it would have been better if the weather had been hotter. We were pleasantly surprised with hot in door pool and was fab on days with rain Entertainment team were great, got the kids involved when we were around. The night time entertainment held in the bar was good and kids loved to watch the kids disco (they don't like joining in) however there isn't enough seating for the size of hotel. Trips arranged by the hotel were fantastic, hot air balloon trip, oukra valley and then quads, camel and traditional evening all memory making stuff. Also they decorated our room and provided a cake for the hubby's birthday which was lovely. A Beautifully memoral holiday for me and my family.

Fantastic hospitality from the hosts with a breathtaking location. We arrived after a 2 day hike to Toubkal mountain and the hosts catered to every request at extremely short notice. The dinner and breakfast was excellent, with unparalleled views of the mountains and sitting beside the river. Thanks to the hosts for such a relaxing experience. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This place is among the best hotels in Marrakech. It was truly amazing and it made my week long holiday to be wonderful. The hotel was modern and pristinely clean. I had breakfast, lunch and dinner and they had plenty of dishes for me to choose from . I was never disappointed and I’m a veggie! The best part of this hotel are the lovely staff – warm, friendly and always made me feel at home. There is plenty of things to do within the hotel, pool, waterslides, gym, spa and evening entertainment with a nice host. The animation team were friendly and a bunch of nice people – they have live singers and performers. I can hand on heart say I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would be happy to come back next year!

If I could give this place 7 stars out of 5, I would. This riad was a highlight of our trip - not only is the guesthouse itself perfect, but more importantly, the family running it are so kind, authentic and helpful, that you immediately feel it is a home away from home. The riad is fantastically located with panoramic views of the valley and the surrounding mountains including the Jebek Toubkal, the tallest mountain in North Africa. The rooms all have wonderful details like a few items of Berber clothing for you to try on either to keep warm or simply for fun and plaster decoration on the ceiling. They are quiet, clean and comfortable with showers with excellent water pressure and hot water. The food is excellent and served in a dining room draped with Berber rugs and surrounded by delictately carved wooden furniture, with the panoramic view of the mountains. We also enjoyed chatting with other guests here. Most importantly, the manager Rashid is a kind and energetic soul who will go above and beyond to ensure you have a great trip. We arrived late on the first day, after a long drive, and he showed up in the village centre to help us navigate the rickety road to get to the guesthouse; he managed to sort out rooms for us when we booked super last minute and theoretically the guesthouse was all booked up (including arranging one at his uncle's place next door); he organized a guided trek up Toubkal for us with a great guide (Hassan) for a reasonable price; he lent us a sleeping bag and gloves for the trip, at no extra cost; and he spent time chatting with us, in a way that made us feel like friends, not clients, and gave us a great insight into local life. His niece, Bouchra (apologies if the spelling is wrong, I should have asked how to spell it!), who helps him run the guesthouse was also an absolute star - thanks to both of you! Staying with you was really special.
