Stepping into the resort felt like going into an Arabian castle, and the resort staff did not disappoint. Top notch service by everyone from check in to buggy drivers to wait staff and activity guides. Breakfast was excellent, very wide selection and very good quality. The only reason for my 3 rating was due to the food options outside of breakfast. Given that there’s no where else to eat, I found the food served at the restaurants quite average but quite pricey. (I did not manage to get a reservation at the Arabian restaurant as it was booked out ahead of time).

Although it is a bit far from Dubai and takes a 40-minute boat ride, everything is worth it from the moment we get on the island!
From the moment we arrived at the dock, we were warmly received and taken care of by every staff member. Each of them was smiling, polite, and very nice to the children. The luggage starts from the dock and is sent to your room, so don't worry.
This island is the private island of the former king, and the more than 10,000 animals on it were also bought by the king. It was really great to experience safari at 6:30 in the morning. I couldn't go to Africa for the time being, so I pretended to be in Africa. Our guide was super good and helped us introduce it all the way. I was lucky to see a group of giraffes, with 30 or 40 of them. He said it was not seen every day.
Breakfast is ordered, the product is great, and we had breakfast in the woods. When we were almost done, various animals came to eat, and the children were very happy.
The swimming pool is heated, which is good, and there are small animals everywhere around. It's really a different experience.

The characteristic of the whole island is that there are many animals but few animals. . There are only about 20 rooms near the sea, so you need to book in advance. There are many activities on the island, which can be booked on the first day of your stay. Horseback riding is 350 dirhams per person, kayaking is 245 dirhams per person, and taking a car to see animals seems to be around 300 (I can’t remember the specific price). . But the zoo only has various sheep, ostriches, giraffes, and peacocks, which are still very different from South Africa. . The restaurants on the island are not suitable for Chinese stomachs. It is recommended that you bring enough snacks or side dishes to the island. Al Sabania Island is close to Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island Hotel
It’s about 260 kilometers, so it’s best to book a car in advance, especially when going back to the city from the island. There is no way to get a taxi from the pier. . The peacocks and sheep on the island eat everything. . Put some peanuts and melon seeds in the open air, and they will all come. . .

situated in gayathi, i loved the place. it is a little isolated and the room has a little quirky organization -- you have to take stairs to go the the bathroom -- but it is a perfect place to go if you have business in this region. the hotel was clean, staff were very kind, and the price was affordable. one complaint would be the screen by the pool was blasting indian music even after midnight, but I called the reception and they turned it off immediately.

GGuest UserThe room was amazing, and it was amazing. The view on site was beyond the pictures. The two-bedroom villa had new facilities, a large enough room, and clean bedding. The important thing is that the sofa was also large. If you add a quilt or blanket to the hotel, it would be a spacious single bed. The room included breakfast and dinner, and we were actually able to accommodate five adults and one child without being asked to pay extra. The resort itself is a scenic spot. The rooms and public swimming pool are heated, the restaurant food is delicious and healthy, and the service staff are very friendly and efficient. I had a perfect day~
NNourThey stay was very great, we really liked the place that was followed with an incredible services and friendly staff there, also the restaurant food was very delicious. but I have a little concern about the outside airstream furnitures that needs to be more cleaned as well as the bicycles need to be checked before the guest’s check in, as for everything else was super perfect.
I shared some of my favorite pictures about my stay there . . Many thanks to you and to this beautiful place ✨
MMiladVery nice island and was greeted gleefully by a team of staff who were very nice at the jetty to get on the boat headed for the island. Ramesh from Srilanka was very nice guy who was really good at his job. Elly was the guide on the boat itself and great guy too. Reached the hotel on the island and was greeted by George who was very kind and explained everything very well. Overall great stay. Only drawback was the pricing of the activities which I felt were overpriced and also didn’t get prompt responses on the hotel app chat even though I was specifically told that was the fastest way to communicate. Food and staff at olio Italian restaurant was super.
And let and probably the best part of our trip was the safari and a guy called younis who was super informative and made it a memorable trip.
Also one thing been noticing recently with quite a few resort hotels is the staff look artificially happy not like they want to be there. Anyway overall great stay and one night is more than enough to be honest on this island as during this month of January sea water is super cold so can’t really swim in the sea and enjoy the beach. Pools were temperature controlled so that was great.
One point to be noted is while arriving the staff were extra friendly and helpful but while leaving not much communication and no water or wet towels provided either. It felt like they welcome u greatly but then send u off on ur way without real care. 😎🤷🏽♂️
CCrystal PillayStaff were friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded to a Seaview room which we really appreciated. However, I can't say it's exactly 5 stars yet, as someone who has been to five star hotels across 4 countries, there are certain stuff missing such a complimentary robes and slippers, toothbrushes etc, but of course the hotel is still fairly new and will probably improve over time.
Cons during our stay:
-There was construction there and the exits to the beach were closed.
- There wasn't any buffet dinner the 1st few nights, they kept pushing out the time for dinner as they were hosting a soccer team and the buffet was planned accordingly to their timing, usually past 9.30pm which was too late.
- The lunch and dinner menu is still fairly small.
- The soccer team (young guys) were quite noisy at early parts of the morning in the outside breakfast area which was just outside our window.
- The buffet dinner on Christmas day was absolutely small.
- No bathtub in room and could not see which room had a tub listed online as it just mentioned '' shower or tub''.
- Gym is extremely small.
Pros:
-Beautiful sea view.
- Located in a Quiet and peaceful environment.
- Lulu supermarket located just outside the hotel which makes it convenient.
- Rooms had mini kitchen with cutlery and pots etc, washing machine and microwave, fridge etc, which was nice.
- House keeping was available on request at any time.
- House keeping staff were very friendly.
- Security guard was very helpful and friendly.
- We could have a small barbecue on the beach at late hours of the night.
- Plenty parking.
- Sea view room had a balcony.
- Hotel provided a mini needle and cotton set which I found unusual and cute, definitely not something I've seen at other hotels.
Overall the place has an amazing view, and I'm sure will improve as they develop and get more tourists. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to others.
GGuest UserWhat a beautiful and serene spot to be secluded with your loved ones. An absolute delight in the middle of the western region of UAE, with an excellent high speed road if you are coming all the way from Dubai. Gas it up all the way to 160kmph to reach this milestone in less than three hours and have a delightful stay.
The pool and the view is absolutely commendable in this oasis. The hotel interiors and entrance are quite royal and Arabic taking you back instantly out of a Hollywood movie's stay at a desert resort. The people working here are all super nice and very hospitable.
Shout out to Raja Gopal, Shubash, Liya, Shweta, Sangam and the front desk gentleman. Thanks to the frontdesk for a beautiful room upgrade to the oasis pool view. Make sure to enjoy quad biking and happy hour by the pool to beat the heat. The aspect that can improve is the room service and the operators answering the phones as no one picked up our calls from the room or elsewhere. I'd think it's a busy schedule so I'll let that go.
Overall, loved my Eid stay and would definitely return.
马马晓晖MA XIAOHUIVery nice, the environment is very good, the resort hotel. But the location is really remote and there is nothing around. However, the hotel has its own beach, which is not bad, and there are other hotels nearby, so there are several options for eating. There is also a Korean restaurant next to it, mainly to provide services for the nuclear power plant built by the Koreans nearby, and the food is good.
OOmarUnfortunately, the experience was not at all comfortable. The bed was extremely uncomfortable; you could clearly feel the springs in your back, making it very difficult to sleep. The pillows and mattress were also uncomfortable.
The reservation price was exaggerated compared to what was offered, and worse still, it did not include breakfast, despite the price suggesting otherwise.
Also, the repeated false alarms were very annoying, and no explanation was given as to why or who was responsible for the false reports.
Honestly, I don't know how the place got a 4.1/5 rating; the experience is completely unworthy of it.
