we had a great day. The desert scenery was great. The service of the hotel was also excellent, supervisor Parshabth provided us with excellent service in the hot summer, and the chef Pawan prepared a delicious breakfast, which was carefully paired with delicious food for my kid.

This hotel is in an amazing and unique location, looking at the stunning Liwa desert, where the movie Dune was filmed. I’m pleased to inform you that the rooms are actually better looking than the images on booking websites. There are a few short comings though: the activities are limited compared to other hotels (could be the hotel being brand new at the time of my stay), while the staff are very kind, sometimes it takes multiple calls to the reception to get something done. Overall, at around 300USD per night, this hotel is THE best bang for the buck you can get for a room of this class.

The hotel has an excellent geographical location, and you can feel the beauty of the deep desert. The room facilities are complete and new, the service staff is enthusiastic, there are not many supporting recreational facilities, and there are 4 bicycles provided free of charge (for the whole hotel), which are not enough for the 5 of us. The swimming pool closes at 6 o'clock, and it feels that it should be later. The rest of the activities are charged, sand boarding is 100 Dirham, and watching camels is 80 Dirham. There is no camel riding, no sand rushing, no eagle watching, and no other small animals. Anyway, it's a bit boring to stay for two days, so it is recommended to bring your own sand board.

This hotel is as full of expectations as its pictures. Its location is excellent, allowing people to be completely immersed in the desert. It is an excellent place to watch the sunset and sunrise. However, its service and facilities are definitely not up to par. In my experience, the staff were friendly, but they struggled to respond to guests' needs. First, I ordered a Shawarma and a Lebanese chicken through the Room Dining service. The waiter took more than 50 minutes to deliver them, which was far from the promised 30 minutes. Second, the meal delivered was not the shawarma I ordered, but salmon. For this reason, I contacted the hotel restaurant twice and waited for more than two hours (from 8pm to 10pm). No staff contacted me to correct the error. , and in the end I had to pay time and money for it. Third, I explained the matter to the reception desk the next day, but received no explanation or apology. They promised to explain via email, but that didn't happen either. If you need to use a vehicle to transport luggage, or go to and from the villa and lobby, according to my experience, please allow 10-20 minutes. You can also walk, but you have to endure the scorching sun and high temperature, or the cold. The swimming pool water is sloppy and full of garbage. Overall, I would go to this place again, but the service at this resort is its biggest letdown.

The whole stay was like a dream. an unreal place

The newly opened hotel has very good service and great facilities. It is located in the desert and the scenery is very good. However, the activities are limited. If you want to experience sand washing and the like, there are currently none. It is recommended to complete it as soon as possible.

Spectacular. The place is incredible, it looks like a movie. The beautiful facilities, the pool and barbecue, the bed, the shower pressure, the interactive television, everything. It's worth every cent it's worth. Not to mention the staff. Super attentive, despite the inconvenience of us not knowing English. A 10, really.

Everything was great, but it was too far. We had to wait 45 minutes for the car to leave. The meat in the restaurant was always a little overcooked, even if it was ordered medium rare.

A resort located in a spectacular location, the villa is all new, large, 5-star quality without a doubt.
