The hotel experience from start to finish the service Sara and her team provided till I was leaving was excellent. I will be back here in the summer and I will highly recommend this lovely luxurious hotel to friends and family. Overall had the best time here.

I stayed at The Regency Kuwait for 5 nights in a Deluxe room during a leisure trip. While I truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff, my overall experience was unfortunately disappointing. First, the room furniture was not clean. The sofa had visible stains, and despite the staff replacing it more than three times—and showing me over seven other options—all of them were in similarly poor condition. What made it more frustrating was that one of the staff members tried to convince me that the stains were "normal." When I asked if they truly found this level of cleanliness acceptable, he responded, “Yes, we do.” Second, I was alarmed to return to my room one evening and find the door left wide open. After investigation, it turned out that housekeeping had left the door open for nearly three hours. This was extremely concerning, especially since I had valuable belongings in the room. Third, I later discovered that the Qibla direction indicator in my room was completely incorrect, almost opposite to the one in the adjoining room. This meant I had been unknowingly praying in the wrong direction for the first three days. Although the staff were friendly and the location is good, these serious issues with cleanliness, safety, and religious accuracy significantly impacted my stay. I do not plan to return, and I urge the management to take these concerns seriously.

I had a fabulous stay at The Regency when traveling for business. Every aspect of the hotel was beautiful, well maintained, and immaculately clean. The room was very comfortable and had a huge bathroom with a rain shower. The breakfast buffet had hundreds of items and excellent service (especially Imran and Caycey!). I was most impressed by the reception area staff and managers. The night manger (Ahmed Gamal) went above and beyond to help me get to the airport for my 2am flight — he literally ran to a side road to find me a taxi when there was an unusual traffic jam blocking the primary road. He also helped me get cash for the taxi when my card wasn’t working at the ATM. I’m extremely grateful for his service and for all the wonderful staff at the hotel!

No sea Expensive food, over rated and over priced. Lemonade was bad, not tasty…………………………. Many boys were looking at us. Nobody contacted them to go away. They were sooo close, they can see our faces. They were preparing to close at 4:00 pm, still we have two hours.

Perfect Food, Perfect service especially Sudha she is so cute , I am here so many times for breakfast...with my friends and family .everytimes it's perfect...breakfast buffet very good .service also good .staff are very cute and friendly...
