Hi there! I wanted to share with you my incredible experience at the Mövenpick Hotel. The staff at the Breeze Restaurant were exceptionally friendly, especially Mr. Shadi, Beshoy, and Claudia.and Sadanh They provided us with the best services during our stay at Mövenpick Hotel and resort al bidaa. Thank you for making our time there so memorable.

Ambience is great. Food is superb and service is good . We are lucky, it seems like we got the place tp ourselves tonight. We got nice and pretty pictiures. Anothee wonderful time with my team. Thank you Hisham, Firouj and Matias for taking care of us.

It was my first visit to this hotel, and I was welcomed by the workers especially Mr.Hisham, The food was mouthwatering and delicious, I really loved their dessert and fruits, coupled with their hot drinks such as cappuccino and mint tea! I had a lovely time with my family, I really recommend this place for your family to have a great time here!

It was a nice place , sea view...deliscious food with good seevice...all are co-operative...we appreciate all the team specially Mr.Hisham....I recommend this restaurant for all families to enjoy their times...Thank you all of you...

I went through one of the booking app to book a room but the classification and description of rooms was unclear, and that made me concerned because I wanted a room with easy access for my mother as she is on a wheelchair, so I contacted Khalid from the hotel’s reservation department and told him about my concerns, especially that the hotel was very busy due to Kuwait’s national day vacation. He answered every question I had, and helped me compare prices and get the best price with the best access. I couldn’t ask everything in one call as I was busy at work, so I talked to him multiple times and he was never bothered or upset. When we arrived, the hotel was full of guests but thanks to Raneem from the reception, she helped us do our check-in quickly and also made sure that we got the room with wheelchair access. She was so sweet and helpful. At the breakfast buffet, I have to thank Aziz, Abdulrahman and Swaraj for their great service and warm welcome. Our mornings started nicely with them around, always making sure we have everything we need. Also, special thanks to Amin from the housekeeping. From towels to blankets, he got us everything at anytime we needed with a big smile on his face.
