I can’t compliment this location. It feels like I’ve entered a slum. I wanted to go out for a short walk, but many people came to say hello along the way. Although I wasn’t offended, this feeling made me very scared😟, outside The whole environment is dirty. There is only a small room in the hotel that looks like ancient stone. Fortunately, the garden is really good and the space is very large. The main reason is that there are too few people, which is a bit scary. Not to mention the wireless network, the whole There is no signal on the mobile phone. I feel very depressed. The outside is dirty and messy, and the room inside is too small. My daughter (10) and I stayed here for 5 nights. Poolside was a perfect escape from the heat after a morning of sightseeing. The staff are unbelievably attentive and kind, helping us with anything we needed. Food was delicious and well priced. The free breakfast in the garden, served by the happy and kind Sayed, was a peaceful way to start each morning. We also used the laundry service and clothes came back looking like new! Location is great, on a side street, so quiet and shops/restaurants nearby have everything you might need and don't bump up prices. 100% recommend.

Very helpful Hotel! The staff was able to assist with all my concerns. They go above and beyond. The hotel will treat you like a family member and not just a normal customer. They have an excellent driver that is able to assist you as well with all your traveling needs

The Hotel is located on the West Bank, you can visit The Valley of the Queens / Kings but also take the local Ferry to Cross the Nile and visit the City on the East Bank. The Staff is great and very friendly. You can also enjoy your time at by the pool and Garden . Would love to come back some time! ❤️✨

Room very small for 2 ppl. No space to move around. No kettle provided. we ordered lunch in the restaurant, pizza etc, but I think the hotel ordered it from outside and serve to us Nice astethic hotel but a bit rundown. Probably need a bit of facelift

This is a quaint hotel in a quiet part of town. The service is superb and the food was really good. We specially appreciated the attentive staff like Mr Rafael and Mr Nubi who always go above and beyond in making you feel at home. The location is also a short walk from the public ferry
