Great Location on the more quiet side of Luxor, The West Bank with a 2 min walk to the ferry crossing point. Only real issue was the dogs that reside outside had a barking match at 4am on night. Stayed for 2 nights, as it was Low season (start of summer) There was only one other guest in the hotel so I had the place to myself inc the swimming pool which was clean and refreshing to use after a day trekking around the local sights. The breakfast wasn’t great but understandable as they couldn’t do their full spread as there wasn’t enough guests to accommodate but it was adequate enough with Egg’s, bread, fruit with coffee and tea, I didnt get to check the rooftop restaurant as i didn’t want them to open due to its quietness, They did accommodate me with a beer on arrival and later by the pool. No Wifi in room but great by the pool area. Also the place a pretty dusty but everywhere in Egypt virtually was so this was not a problem, although the room was very clean with great air conditioning and view of the Nile. Would certainly stay again on my next visit, the locals were fantastic. There is currently construction in front of the hotel of a welcoming plaza for the ferry port which didn’t effect my stay/sleep but will be a wonderful addition once completed.would 100% recommend.

This location, I really can’t compliment it. I feel like I’m in a slum. I wanted to go out for a walk, but many people came to say hello all the way. Although I was not offended, this feeling made me very scared. The whole environment outside is dirty. There is a small room like a stone in the hotel. Fortunately, the garden is really good. The space is very large. The main reason is that there are too few people. It is a little panic. Let alone the wireless network. The whole mobile phone has no signal. . The whole is very depressed. . It was messy outside and the room inside was too small. I really thought about fleeing all night... The main location really scares me 😟

You can relax after a tiring tour. ・The rooms are comfortable. ・The hot shower with strong water pressure is very comfortable. ・The staff is kind. ・The people around the hotel are kind and the children are cute. It is much quieter than the east shore. ・There are good restaurants on the west side as well, so no problem. The ferry that crosses to the east side also runs 24 hours a day. - The hotel is very lovely! The owner and the tenants are very friendly. When we arrived after 0:00, the neighbors and tenants welcomed us warmly, offered us a seat, poured us drinks, and contacted us to get the keys, just like a professional waiter. The owner helped us contact the tat-tat service and even went to pick us up at the pier. The location is just a little off, so Google navigation is prone to problems.

Excellent west bank location, plenty of restaurants around. Good bed and warm shower. Easy access to Luxor East Bank using hotel recommended boat contact and the boat to yourself, inexpensive!! Very attentive host (can) arrange all for you, up to you. We took their recommended felucca ride at sunset, fantastic and good value. Their Temple visit to Dendara and Seti tombs, excellent, can be pricey as a private tour, well worth it. We had room 507 with stunning views across the Nile to Luxor palace. Always helpful staff
