This is really a hidden gem in Luxor! It’s on the quiet west bank and near to Valley of king, queen, nobles, artists! The Arabic style room, building and garden meet all my imagination about Tales from 1001 nights! The owner is such a kind lady. She will arrange cars and tours at very reasonable price! They also have the best food and coffee in Luxor! The menu changes every day!! All the staffs are also so kind and helpful! They will have new buildings by end of 2024. If I ever come back to Luxor, I will definitely stay here again and longer! My best memory in Egypt!

The building is very distinctive. In the morning, the light from the holes in the ceiling makes you feel like you are living in a castle. The garden outside is also very beautiful. The outdoor garden environment for breakfast is also excellent. The hotel is next to the river, surrounded by grassland, and you can see cows. However, don't think that what I said is a garden hotel. Because Egypt's overall infrastructure is similar to that of China's second-tier cities 30 years ago, the entire road to the hotel and the surrounding area of the hotel are very shabby and dirty. This is not a problem with the hotel, but a problem with urban infrastructure. The service is very expensive. The waiter is the most decent working state I have seen in Egypt. The attitude is also good, but not particularly warm. There is a sense of distance from the official business. But it is indeed a rare and professional service in Egypt that makes people feel safe. If I go to Luxor again, I may still be willing to choose him, but I have two complaints. One is the way to the hotel. If I take a taxi at night, I will feel scared. It feels like the car takes you to the countryside. The feeling of an alley leading to nowhere is not known. Fortunately, we chartered a car and there is a third party to supervise at any time, so there is no need to worry about anything. The other is the hygiene problem I saw in the comments before. It's strange. My daughter's face was full of lumps after sleeping. This has never happened in other worse hotels. I also brought disposable pillowcases because I read the previous guide. It's just that children don't sleep well and don't necessarily sleep on pillows, so I don't know if it's a problem with bedding or mosquitoes. We checked in January and there were really mosquitoes! The hotel service is good. When leaving, a detailed feedback was left. I also reported this problem to the hotel and left contact information. The hotel manager is a British lady and feels very dedicated. The photos are the faces of children after the first and second nights. It's really not easy to keep clean in Egypt. The environment and facilities are too backward, but I hope the hotel can improve. Everything else is perfect. It's one of the good experiences in Egypt.

The architecture is very good, but it should be noted that it is free to take a boat to the other side of the river. However, the hotel's boat can also take people to the Luxor Temple. You need to pay 50 pounds per person.

The hotel is very beautiful and perfect for a holiday. Breakfast was a bit lacking. You can get in and out of the hotel by boat, or you can take a taxi and enter through the door on the path on the other side. You can go directly to the temple by boat, which is very convenient.

The overall feel is that of a resort, and it has a luxurious feel. Although there is a bathtub, there isn't enough hot water to fill it up.

I read about discrimination against Chinese people on Xiaohongshu, but I feel it is okay. I have no problem communicating with them in English, they are very welcoming. Breakfast and dinner are both delicious. I recommend ordering dinner from their restaurant, which can be delivered to your room. I stayed at the Winter Palace the day before I came here. It is not as delicious as theirs.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. I paid 1,000 yuan a night for a room full of geckos. It was the first time I knew that geckos can scream. You can forget about resting at ease. And your legs will be bitten by a bunch of flea bites, which are extremely itchy. Even the food in the restaurant made my brother's stomach upset and he had diarrhea. Moreover, this hotel is extremely discriminatory against Chinese people. In the extremely bad weather of the sandstorm, they deliberately left us in the yellow sand and cold wind for more than an hour and were unwilling to take us to the shore of the hotel. I sent messages to beg them countless times but they were arrogantly ignored because they insisted on charging us more for the boat ride. The funny thing is that this hotel on the island can only be reached by boat. White people in other countries have not been treated like this. It is really terrible. I hope Chinese people can avoid this kind of hotel. They will ruin your itinerary in Luxor and your good mood along the way.
