Excellent hotel for family vacation. Comfortable rooms, good breakfasts and dinners. Diverse cuisine every day. Good professional staff at the hotel. Thanks for the service to Mr. Momen from the restaurant. Thanks to the animators, especially Lee from Cuba for games and entertainment, sports and darts. We will definitely return to this hotel!

I recently stayed at Miramar AI, and it exceeded my expectations with its stylish design and comfortable rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my visit. Conveniently located near the sea shore, it had brought an immense of the satisfaction. I would like to pay special attention to the receptionist Shawky, who always helped us and was responsive.

This is my 3rd time at this hotel so this review speaks for itself. You are always made welcome here and nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are always very obliging. The food is very good and the two restaurants ( la Cucina and the Asian fusion ) are both very good indeed. The staff in both these restaurants are very friendly and welcoming and I would especially like to thank members of staff for their hospitality -- Chathamini in the main restaurant who kindly helped my wife on many occasions , The manager of La Cucina who always made us feel very welcome, Suci the waitress in la Cucina, and finally Amran the lifeguard who always stopped to make sure that we were OK. There are too many to mention really as all the staff were terrific. As usual the animation staff were brilliant and tried very hard to involve clients in their activities , even I managed to join in the water fitness program on occasion . I am sure that I will return at some point as it is a wonderful place to stay.
