After a terrible experience at another nearby hotel, we were fortunate to find this gem! If you're seeking luxury, excellent service, and English-speaking staff, this is the place to be. The hotel is exceptionally clean, boasts a perfect location, and offers great restaurant options. The gym and spa facilities are fantastic. While room service was a bit slow late at night, it didn't overshadow the overall greatness of our stay. If you're looking for a fantastic experience and top-notch service, this is the place to go!

This time I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton in Riyadh. It was indeed more luxurious and worth recommending. This Ritz-Carlton was once a royal palace. The building is very large and the interior and exterior decoration is extremely luxurious and elegant. The hotel's swimming pool is very unique and has a very special shape. Different from the previous stereotype of Saudi Arabia, the swimming pool here is open to both men and women, and women can also wear regular swimsuits. The water is very warm. The breakfast at the hotel is extremely rich, with many local specialties. There is an Arabic coffee counter with many different varieties of dates, as well as a wealth of vegetables and fruits. In Saudi Arabia, we relied on breakfast at the hotel to replenish our vitamins. Daily local food There are relatively few fruits and vegetables in rice. The hotel also has an excellent exterior view, with views of the city. The service was also very attentive. On the second day after we checked in, the housekeeping staff used towels to fold a pair of Arabic dolls to welcome us. What's special is that the hotel actually has a Chinese restaurant called Hong, which specializes in Sichuan cuisine and has been open for a long time. The dishes have been modified to suit local tastes. Overall, they are good and worth trying. In addition, there is a problem with Ctrip's labeling of hotels in Saudi Arabia. Ctrip will remind Saudi Arabia that only married couples can stay in the same room in the hotel. However, in fact, there is no such rule after Saudi Arabia opened up in recent years. This check-in was also smooth. .

Home from Home! This hotel has incredible friendly and service orientated staff, which makes you feel home. During breakfast they great you with your name, which makes a big difference. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Within all Hilton Hotels I have stayed in as a Diamond Member, this is my favorite place to stay.

Great price and great location but very shabby and outdated. There was hardly any food at breakfast, but the staff did try to be helpful, but didn’t know English very well at all. Would recommend if you’re looking for a decent place to stay and don’t mind tiles in the shower looking like they could do with a good clean!

Very basic rooms but OK for a stay. But it's an ibis! I noticed the room price triple in the 5 weeks I spent in the hotel, the staff say it was because Riyadh Season was underway, but that's 6 months a year! Location is perfect with many facilities in walking distance - malls, Kingdom tower food court, restaurants, laundry, etc. There is a coffee shop in the bank lobby next door from 7am, need to be wearing trousers to get in!. Staff were fine, housekeeping were very friendly. Gym was very limited with a couple of treadmills and a pair of 2kg dumbbells! Breakfast was quite good - although they don't open until 7am, they offer a early takeaway breakfast pack depending on who you speak to! But the chef's are really friendly and do a great egg dish! After 5 weeks it gets a little repetitive, but they suggested a few alternatives. I suppose that's what you get for staying so long!! Drainage in the showers was a bit slow and a few strange odours every now and then, but nothing outrageous. Overall, pretty good with no major qualms.

Best 5-star hotel in Riyadh. The amazing team and business+leisure location - all time favourite in Riyadh. The view from the rooms are breathtaking and the food is truly sumptuous. You can be sure to see some genuine smile at people at the this place who truly care for you to be best!
