Ayla Grand Hotel
4.5/579 Reviews
Nice hotel in a convenient location in the city. Indeed, we already need USB sockets. A little confusion with breakfast during Ramadan. At the reception they say that the breakfast included in the reservation is only available when ordered to your room, and in the morning when ordering by phone they said that breakfast is available in the restaurant. Breakfast is good, no frills, something for every taste. I can’t say anything about the pool; I didn’t use it. Great job concierge service. Friendly, polite staff. Comfortable bathroom, wonderful bed. There is a kettle and a set of tea/coffee. A bottle of water as a compliment.
Al Ain Rotana
4.3/569 Reviews
This hotel came with the recommendation of our local HR Department. Being an experienced business traveller I have high standards and can see beyond the initial wow factors. There was external renovation being completed at the time but hotel cannot be criticised for that. Good view of the mountains and pool from 4th floor room. Quite a lot of families at the pool but careful observation and picking quieter times was easy to do. I now know that for guest picking suites or villas there is a separate, quieter pool. Trader Vics is a feature, as is the downstairs bar. Drinks are good value. Food a little on the expensive side. The key feature for me was the service from staff. Excellent. Will always go the extra mile.
Four Points by Sheraton Al Ain

I recommend the hotel in terms of the nice location near the Helli Mall and the city center and in terms of the professional and welcoming service and room cleanness.
Alberni Jabal Hafeet Hotel Al Ain
4.1/514 Reviews
Al ain is beautiful less busy but not much to do, I’ll visit Al ain again but not Alberni Jabeel Hafeet they robbed and scammed me from my money. I had to cancel one nights stay due to serious issues and the next morning the receptionist told us we didn’t pay for the second night, we told her to check then she found the payment and said the money will be reversed back to my account. I called them a few times to get information about this and every time they said they money is already reversed, but that’s a lie. The staff was highly unprofessional with check in, the Arabian lady and badmouthed her colleagues. The other staff that was communicating with me via phone told me i can bring in Alcohol illegally because it’s not allowed on property( we did not) my whole experience with this hotel was so bad and I won’t recommend it to people.
Danat Al Ain Resort
3.9/555 Reviews
It is a nice hotel of the Danat chain, hotels of this chain guarantee they do not disappoint you. But the biggest weak point of this hotel is the room is not noise proof at all. This place is family friendly considering its nice pool area, and the very reason makes this hotel super noisy. It felt like I was sharing a room with a whole family. Still, this hotel is nice in that its staff are very nice and accommodating, its pool area is nice and spacious. It is small but clean, and I liked its balcony too -- you can see Jebel Haffeet snaky road from afar. Its worth the money.
