The location of the hotel is very good. There is a road across the sea, which is suitable for self-driving travel. The hotel has two swimming pools. The water is relatively deep. Children who can't swim must wear swimming rings. The all-inclusive meals can satisfy the Chinese stomach. If With children, our eight-year-old stays and eats for free, and the hotel has activities every day. The hotel is 4 stars. I will comment accordingly. First of all, we had a problem at the reception because the reservation we made on Trip.com for our family of 5 was shown as only 3 adults. On Trip.com, age 12 is stated free of charge, but at the hotel we were told that there is a fee. However, the staff and the authorized friend at the reception helped us and changed our room to a larger room with more beds. No additional fee was requested. I thank them. Our room was large, beautiful and clean. Even though it was prepared in a hurry while we were at the reception, there was nothing missing. In hotel; It consists of apart rooms, large hotel building, pools, bars, children's playground, amphitheater, restaurant, spa center and disco. The disco was closed during our holiday (mid-June). We used other areas. There is a pool table downstairs but it is not used. I understand there is a fitness center. But the machines are not in use and the fitness center is closed. There is a medium-sized pool with 2 slides (the slides were running almost all the time during the day), a large pool and a children's pool. The edges of the children's pool are made of slippery marble. My daughter slipped and fell. I think there is no problem with cleanliness and hygiene. Food was bad. The number of varieties was good compared to a 4-star hotel, but I can say that the taste was close to zero. If food is a priority for you, I do not recommend this hotel. The staff is very dedicated and friendly. They help guests as much as they can. The majority (maybe 90%) of those staying at the hotel during our holiday were Turkish. When there are many Turkish guests, some problems may occur. Even though it wasn't very big, we experienced it too. In general, it is a hotel that I can recommend to those who want to have a holiday at affordable prices, to those who will eat anything, who say pool, sun, drinks and cleanliness are important to me. By the way, the atmosphere of the hotel is nice, I loved the sculptures. As a note to the officials at Trip.com, let me state this; Reservation information needs to be received more accurately.
