We stayed at the hotel for 2 days between August 29th and August 31st. The lady who owns the hotel seemed very cheerful but she was very insincere and we felt this a lot. It had a very weak open buffet. She followed us around while we were getting something from the open buffet. Then we noticed that she was making it just for us. We saw that she was walking behind everyone and making people uncomfortable. When you asked for yogurt to fry, the lady in the kitchen said she would bring it to us right away. The owner of the hotel said we don't have yogurt. We sat down and a minute later the yogurt came after us. I hope she didn't scold us for the taste. As for the good aspects, the rooms were clean, the products in the open high school were delicious, the beach was a 10-minute walk away, and there was a pool that was more for children.

Hotel Gökova is located very close to Kadın Azmağı. The cleanliness of the hotel got full marks from me and the design of the rooms was also quite sufficient. ETS Tur ile rezervasyon yaptığımız otele iki yetişkin bir çocuk olarak ailece ulaştığımızda işlemlerimizi yaparken odamızın “standart oda” ve çocuksuz olduğu bilgisi verildi bize. Hemen sözleşmemi açtım. 2 yetişkin ve bir çocuk ibresini gösterdim. ETS Tura bağladılar işi. Görevli arkadaş hiçbir inisiyatif almadan ve gönlümüzü kazanacak bir çözüm üretmeden 500₺ fark istedi! Sadece akşamım ve keyfim bozulmasın diye kabul ettim! Tam bir fiyasko! İlk defa böyle ayıplanacak bir durumla karşı karşıya kaldım. Terk edip gitmek belki doğrusuydu. Para her zaman kazanılır arkadaşlar ama müşterilerinizi böyle ufak hesaplar nedeniyle üzerseniz para kazanabileceğiniz portföyünüzün nasıl hızla erdiğini görürsünüz! ETS Tur şikayetimi de hakem heyetine götüreceğim. Kimseye bu oteli tavsiye etmiyorum! Akyaka’da onlarca nitelikli otel var ama burası değil.
