I visited here twice, first for 1 night, 2nd for early check in not stay over night early check out stay. It is located a bit far from city center but served me better by being in walking distance of my target. Have great sea view rooms with balconies. Rooms are large, getting a lot of light in and very comfortable. Lobby bar is good, room service and lobby menu satifactory and tasty. Reception stuff needs to improve their English, in my 2nd visit in check-in they didn't understand my check-in and check-out times/dates and charged me full 2 days for my 12 hours early check-in visit. When I complained during check out they found out they calculated wrong, and now I have some bonus to use in my next stay. They tried to charge back my card but I was in a hurry for check out so they proposed the bonus solution. Good that they tried to solve the issue. It has a aquapark and maybe a fun place to visit in summer days, as well.

I booked via phone, since it is impossible to book a summer rate through the app. The room was a luxury room with a view of the Kaspi. But when I booked, they told me that it would be an executive room... So they let me down with the food: breakfast and dinner were supposed to be a buffet. But it was canceled and they told me to choose from the menu up to 7,000 tenge per adult. I was outraged because I had to pay 480,000 tenge for 4 days and also pay extra for dinner with not a large selection of food. Okay menu, almost everywhere at Holiday Inn the menu is not large. But when they set the restriction, the prices were not cheap either... I asked for room cleaning twice and the cleaning was as if I was paying them a salary out of my own pocket. They kept asking about towels or a robe. They asked for slippers and they said they were out of stock. Not all slides in the water park were working. Although the money was paid at the summer rate. Worst Holiday inn I've ever visited.
