Delphin Palace Hotel

It was our first trip to Delphin hotels, and it was wonderful. From the first steps in the hotel you can feel really home comfort and care from the staff. We arrived at 9 a.m. and could use all the amenities from the first hour, and our room was ready at 11 a.m., despite of the 2p.m. check-in time. Delphine Palace is a nice hotel with beautiful clean green territory, and it's a real paradise for children with its kids-club, Luna-park, aquapark, different locations and services for kids. Animation programs are really cool and variable every day, both for kids and adults. The food and service in the main restaurant are excellent so we didn't even want to reserve the ala carte restaurants. There are a lot of bars and food-points at the territory, the food and drinks were delicious. Pools and beach are comfortable, and animation team arranges sports games near the sea and near the pool. We were never bored at the Delphine Palace the entire time we were there. You can also ask a guest relation specialist to make a reservation for visiting another Delphine hotel nearby from 4 till 6 p.m. Now I can understand people who visited Delphine Palace for 8-10 times in a row, and my family and I also really want to come back to this wonderful place with its friendly and kind-hearted staff

We just came back a few days ago from Delphin palace and I only have one word to describe the hotel......AMAZING! We could not fault anything, from the service, to the style of the hotel, to the food, entertainment, cleaners, everything was simply impeccable. A massive shout out to a man at guest relations and the cleaners, I didn't get the mans name as much as I wish I did, I asked him if he could sort something out in our room for my partners birthday and they decorated it so nice with towels decoration and they even put up bloons that I bought over along with red wine and cakes! A massive thank you to you and the cleaners who put them up you both made it so special! When we bumped into him he was asking us for our opinion on anything the hotel can improve on and we couldn't really say much but for him to even ask for our opinion, we was so impressed as you don't get that often. It clearly shows that they care what their guests think and are always looking for ways to improve ( although there is NOTHING!) . We got lucky with the weather at highest of 48 degrees however after the heatwave, it was really windy and there was a windy storm. We saw him on the pier the day after and he was checking on guests because some umbrellas ended up falling down which we thought was so nice of him also. I honestly cannot believe we didn't get his name but if you read this you know who you are! We loved the pier on the beach as it was easily accessible and walkable from the snack area. There is a lot of sun lounges available when we stayed and the bar on the pier was so good with excellent service too. The entertainment at the pool was good, the staff on roller skates we really liked. All the staff here go the extra mile to making sure you never a drink empty. A women accidently smashed glass next to us and within 30 seconds they came to clean it up without someone going up and asking. The restaurants were very nice just please note you have to book them one day in advanced for guarantee. The Italian was our favourite out of the 9. For breakfast you had a lot of food options although it was repetitive there is fresh omelette stations which we enjoyed. When you sit down staff immediately come over and get you a drink, staff also walk around with juice stations. The snack bars were really nice as well, you really could never go hungry here! They had a kebab station, ice cream station, waffle station, fruit station, jacket potato section within the snack bar and burgers, salad, chips, pasta....I can just go on and on. To add to that they also have fridges located all around the hotel to help yourself to fizzys drinks, water, beers etc. Our rooms were cleaned daily, they always done a good job and the mini bar was always filled. Thank you cleaners. We absolutely loved this hotel and I highly recommend it for families, couples everyone! This hotel has defiantly been one of my favourites and we will be returning.

This was our second visit to this hotel, it’s an amazing experience, just the best ! Food is simply excellent, in both the main restaurant and the many A la carte restaurants, rooms smart, great beds, super friendly staff. So many places to eat! The restaurant manager is supper efficient and great at his job. Entertainment team brilliant, friendly and funny! Guest relation's so helpful Great shows, pool parties, something for everyone at this hotel Been to lots of hotels in the Antalya area ,and if you take all the best bits from each one and put them together, you get the Delphin Palace! Great hotel with amazing staff. Always smiling and ready to help. I rarely have no complaints about a hotel, but this one fully justifies its price. We are very pleased with the kids club. they play constantly with the children, keeping them busy and in the evening there is a super children's disco. Special thanks to Guliatan with whom my child became friends and danced every day together.

Great hotel, food really good, plenty of staff eager to please but must say there is a language barrier with English. Partner had an accident near the newly opened slides, cut his foot open on an unsupported tile, trying to get first aid took longer than it should have. Was greeted with complementary fruit and wine in the room along with a note which was a lovely gesture. Room cleaned daily along with a top up of the mini fridge. Plenty of entertainment. Would definitely return to a delphine hotel.

Beautiful hotel, branded drinks, amazing food. I loved the vast choice that was offered daily. Even the entertainment daytime and nightime was top class. The staff were always very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, especially the lovely lady from guest relations who organised a special table for the 12 of us. All the bar staff were always very accommodating for our large group. The barman with the blonde hair outside the amphitheater was fabulous 🤩 and also the barman from the 24 hr bar(apologies can’t remember names) There is only one downside in the Delphin palace. I would have preferred that the late bar wasn’t attached to the late snack bar but it wouldn’t stop me returning. Thanks for making our holiday an amazing one to remember. I liked the opportunity to explore the sister hotels too and we would definitely recommend the Delphin hotels to others and will stay again soon 🤩🤩

Okay so we arrived 12 hours late to Turkey Early hours.... M25 accident missed our flight....it was an absolute nightmare at one point I didn't think we'd every get to our destination but we made it On arrival to Delphin palace hotel it was very quiet but actually really surprised there was a Bellman on duty and receptionist which was really nice at 2.30am got checked in straight up to our room. Room itself was a standard land view wasn't spectacular visually but had everything we needed bathroom amenities were excellent nice small touches cotton buds nail files exfoliating pad slippers robes etc. Disappointed there was no Ironing facilities.... Would expect this at All 5* properties i ask the question prior to our arrival and brought my own travel iron definitely glad I did. Only one plug socket in the room which was inconvenient for charging phones ironing etc!! Mini bar was fairly good snack both sweet and savory can't understand why only one can of Pepsi was provided each day when room occupancy is a double! Curtains we're a nightmare didn't close fully to small so as sunrise the room was very bright. Balcony doors not double glazed so all road noise and Mosque calls was a real issue especially at 5am call. The bed was absolutely horrible and hard even with the mattress topper so uncomfortable sleeping on my side my body was numb that spoilt My sleeping every night. Room attendant was average some days the room was cleaned better than others and getting bedding changed was a little challenging due to language barriers. Food and beverage was good as I mentioned we got to the resort very late there a 24hr sports bar where we had a much deserved drink and a bite to eat.....so nice it was real food not the usual burgers and chips salads meats Rice bread soup and fresh cakes. Food generally was good something for everyone buffet restaurant is huge split into two areas very clean and well presented the only downside was food wasn't very hot even in the heated chafing dishes but plenty of choices gluten free ,diet, vegetarian vegan, pescatarian, carnivore fresh live station cooking. Hostess to greet you with hand sanitizer excellent no food poisoning or outbreaks of stomach bugs. We found it difficult to book the ala carte restaurants done between 9-12 I tried to call to make a reservation but couldn't be done over the phone!!!!! Had to find the guests relations office in person and can only book 1 day in advance!!!!! Not the best system for 21st modern century. Lot's of little small snacks Areas near the poolside doner kebab was excellent you couldn't go hungry at anytime on this resort if you missed breakfast there was something open. Small funfair for the children bumper cars Ferris wheel etc only open between 19.30-21.30 prime dinner time strange maybe that changes in the summer months. Beach was nice Sea to rough to swim. We had a fantastic stay, family of 4. 3 year old and 9 year old. The hotel is lovely, the staff can’t do enough for you. There is a roller skate team that brings your drinks to you at the pool. The food was fantastic, loads of selection and everyone was catered for. The pool was big, plenty of space. Kids pool was great too. Overall a really good stay. Slightly more expensive but you get what you pay for

Amazing experience, the staff were amazing everywhere and greet me as brother, the facilities brilliant, the food amazing, the pool and everything about this hotel was fantastic, Ersin Getin & Kader Bal were brilliant at the restaurant.
