I travelled with my husband and our 6 month baby. I am now in the hotel and it’s a very beautiful hotel. Good quality, very tasty food and friendly workstaff, good animation and beautiful rooms. For baby’s they have everything. At the check in they asked me directly to write how much times I was in the hotel. It is my first time here and in the hotel they give different colors for the bracelet. Then they can see how much times you was in the hotel. It’s a good system but never make a difference in service. I paied in my booking extra for ‘seaside’ but they asked me in the reception directly €300 extra for ‘sea view’. ‘Sea view’ was very different they told me and then I can see the pool. They said ‘sea side’ don’t have a good view. Very strange but I decided to don’t upgrade my room for €300. At the end, I get a room where I saw nothing. Also I don’t saw the sea. They put me in the first floor and the big roof blocked my whole view. There was also not a room service card and the minibar was not good filled. Not nice because they saw I travel with a little baby so that means I sit so much in the room. I called the reception and the day after I got the possibility to change the room. The new room was much better, the mini bar was also good filled (also with chocolates and chips) and there was a room service card and beautiful view. The man told me also I can get a beach bag for free and that I had to come back for it at the reception. At the reception they told me ‘ I have to be three times in the hotel for a beach bag’. She said maybe my colleage made a mistake when he told that. So I didn’t want to discuss, so I let is. So the hotel is very nice, good food but only the service is sometimes a little bit weird..
