The hotel is smaller and less organized that the neighboring hotel resorts. Parking was off site, back a small path near the maintenance and was in a public are so there is no security.
Rooms were ok, standard but worn from much traffic. The food and beverage selection was excellent, there were many separate locations to eat and snack.
Reception needs help for check in, took forever to get a simple answer.
I booked a sea view and got a side room looking into the back roads with a glimpse of the sea. The compound is a sort of an angle L shape so that we were looking onto another property.
The pools and such are close together, it’s tightly organized.
Probably the best was the choices for children including water park and slides.
Beach area was standard, boardwalk bar is great but needs some attention from staff. The one lifeguard, he was bald and dark tanned older gentleman was so kind and helpful, always had a good word and a laugh.
All in all a good stay, enjoyable staff, friendly and fast service from employees who go out of their way to help.

We’ve just had the most amazing holiday at Saturn Palace. It’s a great hotel with all the amenities you could wish for and all the staff were just incredible. From reception, to the restaurant, the spa team, the bars, the cleaners and especially Yagmur and the whole Kids Club team. They absolutely made our little girl Lily’s holiday, and made her feel so special. She’s only 1.5 years and they made sure she was included in everything. They are such pros and don’t know how Yagmur has the energy. The kids disco was an absolute highlight! Can’t recommend this place enough for a really relaxed, family holiday. Thank you everyone at Saturn Palace.

Had a fantastic holiday here in a VIP Terrace Room. Food and drinks were excellent. Hotel and grounds spotless. The staff were amazing. Special shout out to Mami, he never let your drink run dry! And Bharat in the main restaurant, he was a gentleman The odd thing closed down after 31st October, but only for instance, the snack bike didn’t come round the pool…. It was very minor and you could still go and get a snack yourself, so don’t let the ‘end of season closure’ put you off. The only thing that has stopped us returning this year, is that they don’t have a heated outdoor pool, because the pools were baltic! Would definitely return in future, either at a warmer time of year when the water’s hot, or if they heated a pool.

Very friendly atmosphere I booked a standard land view but got a family room which was great. The staff are really friendly and kind. They smile and welcome you everyday. You see familiar faces and feel good all around the hotel. The food menü, however, could be expanded,but the quality of the food is good, especially, the pastry.

Just finished our second visit to Saturn Palace, last time as a group, this time as a family of 3. The facilities are excellent, plenty of different places to relax, eat, drink and play meaning it’s easy to fill your days without doing the same thing. What’s made the difference this visit has been the staff. Mani looking after us day and night with drinks at the pool and restaurant, Ahmet at the cocktail bar is a true gent and makes a lovely whisky sour and our little boy had the best time at kids club, visiting morning and afternoon every day and not missing a kids disco either. This is the first holiday he’s done this and the whole team really put their arms around him to make feel confident enough to join in all of the activities and build his confidence. We’re already planning our next visit

We stayed for a week here and it was wonderful. The staff is very attentive and cares about customers and their needs. We arrived at 1 am and had a late dinner in the restaurant. Pools are great and you can find sunbeds all the time. I also recommend the spa and special thanks to Sema for the wonderful massages. I booked 3 just because of her. Greatest stay in 4 years in Antalya. Definitely 5 star hotel.

Amazing hotel with fantastic staff who can not do enough for you! Plenty to do activities and entertainment staff Food was perfect something for everyone It was my brother in laws birthday during our stay and they arranged some special gifts and cake etc first class So sad to be going home! Will certainly return Thank you everyone at the saturn palace

We had an amazing holiday as a family! Me and my partner brought our 3 year old here! Lots of amazing pools,l and slides. All inclusive provided great food and drink throughout the day and all staff are so friendly! Hotel provides evening entertainment for little ones and adults! 5 stars!

Great hotel service and staff are amazing. Second time visiting and we will be back next year. Room was perfect with everything you need. Restaurant was unbelievable with a wide selection of food. Bar service was fantastic and very friendly. Loads to do for the kids. 5⭐️
