The hotel looks new, it is located a bit outside the city of Aksaray, atop of a hill - very quiet and with very nice views. We had a "suite with city view", which was spacious, clean, had everything we needed, nice views and outdated furniture and decorations - just like everywhere else in the hotel. There were hardly any tourists at the time of our visit, we had a very good dinner and a great buffet breakfast, with a surprisingly large number of tasty options. People in the restaurant were extremely nice and helpful and so was the reception crew (Meks and Sokine). All together, we had a very pleasant, short experience.

The hotel is on the Aksaray-Nevşehir Highway. It is much better that it is not located in the center because it is in a very good location for places that must be visited such as Cappadocia and Ihlara Valley. Cleanliness, room size, beds, used towels and bedspreads are worthy of 5 stars. The hotel's pool and spa are legendary. Pool water temperature and spa section are better than what you see in most Antalya hotels. Especially the restaurant part of the hotel is the most important. Ms. Nesibe, Mr. Mustafa, Mr. Ayberk and other colleagues whose names I don't know are well-informed and experienced people in respect, table and all other issues. Good luck to all of them. We felt so comfortable with our 3-year-old daughter during our 2-day stay that I can't describe it. As someone who has not stayed in the hotel before, we came and stayed just by looking at the reviews, but believe that such a hotel is very good for Aksaray and Turkey. Good luck to everyone for their hard work, and a huge thank you to everyone. We will come again at our first opportunity. Respects.

A lousy hotel, waiters aggressive, rowdy attitudes, zero service, we came as guests as the most beautiful hotel in the city. He said we don't have an empty table on the terrace, we found a table with a torpedo. The empty table, which they called a reservation, remained empty for hours, and no one came at the closing. The side table asked for coffee, we ordered it right after, we can't even give coffee, they didn't even give information. We asked for a glass of water, they said no service after 22:30. The hotel is 70km away from the tourist attractions of Capadocia, I had to travel 280km in one day to go and return twice from the city because of the disrespectful tour system with customers.
