Rubbishhhhh hotel outdated old tacky everything is broken as my pictures show , staff very rude Food rubbish chicken nuggets like a rock tv very old no Chanel’s , lining changed ones a week towels the same , housekeeper very rude lady near room 240 ish , avoid avoid Dosent deserve 1 star Tripadvisor rate 4 is well wrong I will talking to them

REALLY Enjoyed the holiday. The hotel and the room were GREAT. Food was excellent. Animation team were fantastic. Bar drinks and beach great. Pool very clean. All staff friendly and helpful. Reception was always there and answered ant questions we had.

Where to start WORST MONEY SPENT Food- tasteless, monotonous, fruit only melon and grape Service - they try, but they leave the tables dirty from previous guests, knocked down the mess here and there and it's clean table ready Rooms - pretending to be super-standard is seriously overated . Everything is done to the eye and suprised that electric plug stayed in your hand. At the touch, the lamp almost fell from the wall onto the child. Black hair from previous guests on the floor + dirt and hair behind the mattress Reception - they accommodated us as 2 adults in one room and two children in another. Smart..thank goodness they moved us to a bigger one the next day after complaining Sand and tennis court - The chance to cut your leg is easy see photo, after 48 hours of insistence not cleaned. The people thare scrubs plastics to the sea, counting on the fact that the water will take it away. Pool - Small, full of people and the sewage here stinks of feces. There are not enough sunbeds for both the pool and the sea. By the way, it is full of plastic and jellyfish around 13:00. Children under 140cm are not allowed on the water slides in 9 summers (argument) RESTAURANT - Restaurant must be managed by a monkey who does not understand the operation of such a place. Picking up the food is only from one side, otherwise it is bad from the staff (argument) This creates queues and therefore you can wait 5-10 minutes for rice alone, pancakes and waiting even longer. Supervision is needed especially here and if there is, it does nothing. There are no cutlery, there are no glasses, and the plates are only returned with a rinse, where, if you are not very lucky, you will get leftover food on the bottom of the plate. Practically it works here "Whoever steals and takes what he takes, it's his" You really have to walk around the restaurant and literally HUNTING the place, what to clean and what to drink from. Arabic are running the cues. I am really disgusted with the "efford" this hotel takes care of its guests. UNREAL! Avoid this hotel.

Wonderful hosting, heart warming crew always there to serve whenever needed creativity and animation on pont by far on of the most outstanding and spectacular teams , not bad service wish them to change some people in restaurant , and thank you

Hotel needs updating, rooms basic,food could do with being a lot hotter.nothing to do at night so called entertainment non existent.do not trust the staff to organise taxis,we got ripped off.the only redeeming about this hotel is the pool ,and area,and the beach is a short walk away.

This has to be the worst hotel I have ever been too! Advertised as 4 star but doubt it’s even a 2! It’s dirty, worn out and dated The inside of hotel is yellow and feels like your in some nicotine stained building Some of the staff are lovely but if u have any issues don’t even bother with the guest relations manager as he is a nasty intimadating man , accused of breaking a tv in room and demanding I pay 350 Dinah for it although I didn’t break them accused me of being drunk and pulling it off the wall . Locked out of hotel room until under duress I had to pay Asked to speak to manager every day and was always being told come back tomorrow . Manager was never in. ? Food absolutely disgusting and covered in flys Once you found food that was edible you then had to find some plates or dishes that were not dirty to eat from And if you want a drink , you can always use the plastic cups that have fag burns in the bottom of them There is no food for children to enjoy and if they are hungry and u decide to go to the shop in reception you can always enjoy out of date crisps as a quick snack ! You can always relax by the pool Or in lobby where u constantly have some chubby little waiter constantly saying you look after me I’ll look after you lady , outside hotel the taxi drivers pee up the walls so it constantly stinks if urine ! Nothing is lite up at night making it a death trap For children as there is a path that leads right to pool from bar so if a child was to run off they would land in pool and no one would ever no Pool Shuts every day at 6 This hotel is just awful I’m so disapointed that I worked hard to pay for a holiday that was awful When booking this holiday the pictures looked stunning but don’t get hopes up as I think the pictures may be a few years old I need a holiday to get over this holiday Tbh you have to be drunk to stay in this awful depressing place

Just returned from 9 nights and absolutely loved it had the best holiday room comphy and clean food was good did get repetitive but being a frequent traveller that always goes all inclusive it always does if your there more than a week there is a alacarte resuraunt u can use once and a snack bar which was good we used that most lunch times pools were nice and clean slides were great loverly beach being a smallish hotel everything was not much walking which was perfect as my mum can't walk far got a sunlounger no problem animation team were good there was a few nights there was no entertainment which was disappointing but we just went out all staff was very friendly an went out there way for us no kettle in room but we always take our own always taxis outside to take you too surrounding places very cheap no spa facilities but you can use the hotel next door which we did has a loverly in door pool would I come again most definitely for the price we paid I cant complain ya holiday what you make it an we met some amazing people why we was there an had a great time didn't want come home

The room was good, the housekeeping ladies were lovely, the waiters at the pool bar were great mostly, and all of the staff were mostly friendly. The food was very hit or miss and I experienced an upset stomach for 7 of the 9 days we were there, but unable to pinpoint the cause, although the water from the coffee machine tasted of mould at our final breakfast. We were not able to have a kettle in our room, the receptionist seemed to think it was a funny request, but it may have saved my bad experience. Our sea view room had a very limited sea view and was very close to the very loud entertainment area, but thankfully the music stopped at 11pm. We had to wait 4 hours for our room on arrival, and although we were told we could get an early breakfast on our last morning, because we had an early flight, this was not the case, if fact they lost the keys to the restaurant and so it opened late, giving us 15 minutes before our transfer arrived. The indoor pool that is advertised was empty so could not be used, the outdoor pool are clean and well maintained though. There is no information given about facilities or activities, which would have been helpful. The first holiday I have ever had that I wasn’t sorry to leave!
