Aklan Hotels with Swimming Pools

I love how the location is strategically located in the heart of Boracay. The hotel is just a few meters away from pharmacies, restaurants, bars, and groceries. The front desk was also helpful and gave excellent recommendations and where to go while in Boracay. They also have a transportation partner where you can book pick-up and drop-off arrangements from and to the airport. Special thanks to Amina and the rest of the front office team for my mom's birthday set-up!

Blame me for not doing my homework. Now I am going to Boracay. The whole island is under reconstruction. The road is dug and smelt, the dust is rolling, the smelly water is flowing, and the island is in a good mood because it is half gray. I think this island will take at least 2 years to return to normal! If you want to go there now, please think twice and be mentally prepared! The bed and breakfast is halfway up the mountain, the steep staircase is the only access to the holiday lodge, there is no lift, so if the baggage is not willing to tip, you can only hit it hard. The view to the mountain hut is good, we There was a good time there for a few days. The white sand beach is still beautiful. The decoration facilities of the homestay are also very general. It is also very timely to call the staff several times to handle the toilet. This is a good point. The location is not very good, on the other side of the white sand beach, although it is also by the sea, but the waves are too big for water, only suitable for surfing, if you like surfing, you can consider booking here. Walking to white beach needs 20 Minutes of time. If I ask if I will book it next time, I can hardly say it because I don't know when it will be time to go to Boracay next time.

This is the 2nd Hennan I’ve tried and I would say that I prefer this than Hennan Regency because it is new. Never had any problems from check in up until the check out time. Hotel staff are accommodating and they always allow me to sit by the pool during breakfast. It’s 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel going to the beach so if I have an option to choose I would prefer a Hennan beach front. Nonetheless, I like the hotel. Also, for deposit they require 2000 PHP per room/per night using card and if cash it is 4000 PHP per room/per night so be aware

Good location and nice environment

The facility is new so there’s a room for improvement, Staff were accommodating during our arrival at the venue. We were served with Mango Juice for the welcome drinks and a complimentary lunch. As for the rooms, the assigned area for my family is situated at the ground floor in front of the infinity pool. It was spacious, however, toiletries were incomplete. We need to call the front desk for additional beach and bath towel, toothbrush, slippers, blanket. Also, defective Personal Ref were replaced on the 2nd day of our visit. For the wifi, it has an intermittent connection which the front desk told us about their concern re service provider. Signal, Local Globe has a poor connectivity, Smart is the prominent signal in the area. For the Staff, very Attentive specially in the dining area of the hotel, support personnel acted on our needs. Out of 5 stars, i’ll give this facility 3. Value for Money: 5 because our reservation comes with a buffet breakfast. Great food selection. ( porridge, corned beef, caesar salad, fresh fruits.

Friendly staff, allowed us to check out until 1 more hour. The room looks comfortable and modern enough for it’s affordable price. It’s just a surprise how our room was actually on the other side of the building and you have to cross the pedestrian to access into the reception and restaurant. Although there were guards on-post ready to assist you cross over 24hrs a day. Also, I don’t like the way you have to log-in to wifi once you went out of the premise and come back, like you’re not automatically connected. Great location tho if you wanna stay at Station 1; the landmark would be at Aplaya/Club Tropicana if from the beach which is good once you go home late from a night out. Wish we had free breakfast too for it’s price but nope 😩😂

Alta Vista is our go to place at Boracay! We’ve been to boracay 4x and we always love staying at Alta Vista!!! We tried staying at other hotels in between but Alta Vista outstands the hospitality of all the other hotels we’ve stayed in. The bed was so comfortable that it’s hard to get out! The aircon was so cold that it refreshes us whenever we came back from the beach. The room was always clean and tidy each and every visit! The jacuzzi pool was so relaxing after a long day from the beach! Kindly look for Rochel, Ike, Jhona, Joy as they are the warmiest people who’ll be there to assist you! For our shuttle service Herbert, Ray, Genesis and Acer are always on the go whenever we needed a ride! We thought we love Boracay but our heart goes to Alta Vista! We’re surely to come back soon! The rooms were spacious, modern, we splurged for the direct pool entry, fluffy pillows, slippers, robe, beach blanket provided & sweet treats to welcome us. What stood out most was the customer service, the staff was EXCELLENT. I would stay again because of the helpful staff, they greeted us with a hand to their heart and a “Mabuhay” every single time. 24-hour security was a plus. We felt safe and well serviced. The location is in Station 3, they do not have a direct driveway access like other resorts, but they will be working on it soon. They are still having a soft opening, their kitchen is probably the only area that they will need a little improvement - the breakfast is a bit limited, but it is likely attributed to the soft opening. The ladies at the front desk were wonderful. They booked our activities for us, followed up with us constantly, they also helped me get my laundry picked up and dropped off. They handled any logistics I could not because I did not have a Philippine phone number. My daughters and I also got massages. The massage prices and services were fantastic. We were relaxed in the comfort of our own rooms. The massage staff were professional and responsive to our needs. The security guards allowed us to use the rear exit gates so we wouldn’t have to walk all the way around. They escorted us, and even went back to get an umbrella for me to use on my walk. 7-11 is very close for any needs, souvenir shops and Stations 1 and 2 are just a walk along the beach. I thoroughly enjoyed my first time in Boracay. Again, the staff is what made this stay the best. I felt welcomed, special, attended to, safe, and respected. I couldn’t ask for more for myself and my family. Ondus is a wonderful place to stay. Thank you, ONDUS!!!
