Akita Hotels with Parking

Great experience staying here for 2 nights..just beside JR station,bus station and food as well..very convenience ..thank you to male staff name Mr Ando for helping me with with some issues..this is my 5th visit to japan..japanese people never fail to impress me..they are very kind and always make me feel amazing towards them..thank you again..arigato gozaimasu😊

The hotel is very clean with excellent service. The view from the rooftop hot spring is amazing. The surrounding area is a blend of nature and modern culture, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

My stay at Akita Castle Hotel was truly an unforgettable and wonderful experience. The hotel is located in the center of Akita City, and it is very convenient to access tourist attractions. From the hotel, it is easy to go to local tourist attractions such as the Akita Museum of Art and Selion Tower, and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping facilities in the surrounding area. As for the room, I was particularly impressed with its size and cleanliness. The modern and elegant interior is designed with a sophisticated design, and the calm colors provide a comfortable and relaxing feeling. The large windows offer a beautiful view of Akita City, and the tranquility that makes you forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The service of the staff was also very impressive. From check-in to check-out, each staff member was kind and responded quickly and courteously to any questions. In particular, the front desk staff were able to give detailed information about local recommended spots and restaurants, and were quick to respond to any problems, so I was able to enjoy my stay with peace of mind. In terms of food, the hotel restaurant offers dishes that make use of local Akita ingredients. In addition to fresh seafood, you can also taste local cuisine unique to Akita Prefecture, all of which was exquisite. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes, making it a great way to start your day. Overall, Akita Castle Hotel is an attractive accommodation that can accommodate any purpose, from business to sightseeing. The clean and comfortable rooms, the warm service of the staff, and the exquisite location will ensure that all guests have a great stay. Close to the Akita Station and many F&B outlets and grocery shops. Also within walking distance to Senshu Park and many museums. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. Room is small but clean and functional. Great WiFi too. Highly recommended for a short stay.

The hotel facility is relatively good. However, the hotel policy seems to have a big problem. We checked in the hotel at 7pm, they said our room rate was for check-in between 23:30~05:00 and that check-in other than this period will have a surcharge of Yen $2000. At normal hotel booking, who would alert the check-in time is at midnight??!! OK, we assume we overlook this strange rule, we paid. However, two days later we stay at the same brand hotel in Aomori, I clearly requested a non-smoking room at booking (as I did same for all hotels at the trip), but the receptionist insisted that we didn't. They said they don't have a non-smoking room for us unless we pay Yen $2000 for additional charge. We don't understand the game! Supposing all non-smoking rooms are at the non-smoking floor; if they have one, they should have given us free. If not, how can they make one with the additional charge ?

The location of this hotel is super good right at train station & parking is in the same building w reasonable price of $520 yen. The only thing we are really unhappy is about the front desk the lady there are not helpful & sound a bit rude to us. We requesting 2 extra pillow she insist us to go down drink desk to collect it, we said we are tired can they send up, but she just said NO, w a rude voice. For Japanese famous of good service & polite this is very rare to meet but we are unfortunate.

The people at the front desk were also polite. The tavern was delicious. There were many hot springs, and it was good, but I regret that I couldn't enter slowly ...

The price is very affordable, there is 1.2 kilometers away from jr Tozaki Station, it is very convenient to walk without luggage, if there is a suitcase, it is recommended to call. There are no restaurants near the hotel. There is a large supermarket 100 meters away. There is a lot of food. There is a sightseeing tower in front of it, 100 meters high, free boarding, and a coffee shop on it.

I was able to stay at a reasonable price and the customer service was polite and I used it comfortably. I definitely want to use it when I come to Akita.

I feel the oldness of the building, but it is clean It was quiet and easy There is a convenience store where I walked for about three minutes I don't feel very inconvenient Breakfast is delicious I feel like the number of items is a little small. I can't eat that much. I was satisfied
