This is the hotel where I stay when I go on a business trip. As expected from Toyoko Inn, the staff are friendly and the hotel is clean. There is also a MORITOWN shopping mall nearby, so it is convenient.

It's very close to where I went on a business trip and to the subway station. The room size is suitable, not small at all, the facilities are new and the hygiene is very good. Breakfast is also good, with different choices every day.

The check-in time was already early in the morning, and it was inconvenient for the children. I was a little slow to pack up in the morning, so the check-out time exceeded 10 minutes. They insisted on charging an extra 1,000 yuan. In total, I stayed in the hotel for no more than 10 hours. This Japanese said that if it exceeded one minute, I would have to pay extra, and the rest would not matter! It was really a bit of a bully!

First of all, I would like an answer from Trip.com regarding the fact that even though I sent this request to Trip.com, it was not communicated to the hotel. The story is different because I received a reply saying that I had informed the hotel. I was very confused when I checked in on the day. Regarding the hotel, the automatic check-in method is difficult to understand. I checked in with the help of the front staff, but wouldn't it be faster if the staff handled it alone? I also learned for the first time on the day that there was a charge for parking. That's not a kind description. The rooms are reasonably clean. Breakfast was good.

The hotel facilities are very new, about 5 minutes walk from Akishima Station. The room was very clean and relatively spacious. Books and magazines are provided in the room, as well as a wall clock, which feels very homely. Breakfast buffet, the food has changed even for three days. There are water dispensers and ice machines. Because there is no need to come in for cleaning every day, a small gift is also given. Every day, someone will put a change of towels and pajamas at the door. The service attitude of the staff is also very good. In short, it was a very nice stay experience, recommended!

Close to the station and reasonably priced

So-called Toyoko Inn. It's neither bad nor bad, just perfect if you just want to sleep. The breakfast was surprisingly varied and delicious.

It was just the right place to go to work the next morning because I had to stay overnight suddenly. I thought it would have been better if the breakfast was a little more substantial.
