Amazing place with indoor and outdoor swimming pool. They have facilities like ping-pong, ride a bicycle , wine yard . Tasty restaurant with Georgian food. Breakfast was average.Hot jacuzzi and Spa center. You will enjoy every moment there.

Wish I read reviews before coming to this place . Starting from old broken furnitures around swimming pool and terrace to the very last experience at the reception it wasn’t a great experience. Firstly nobody smiles there , paid over 1k for one night stay but received -4* experience . Booked a room with a swimming pool view, they didn’t say I shouldn’t open the balcony door , flies filled up our room , they were everywhere , receptionist told me I should’ve known not to open the door , not sure why to offer a room with a balcony in that case , they changed our room , however in one room there was only one water glass and in the other room only one chair on the balcony . No tea or coffee in the room as mentioned on advertisement. Spa has one therapist and couldn’t offer couples massage , which was advertised. After completing the massage didn’t even told me nor my partner how long we had to dress up , she just left the room , we just assumed it was finished . Asked for an iron and they brought me a black burnt old iron which burnt my only evening outfit I had with me, no apologies for this either . Only stuff in the restaurant were polite and helpful . Menu is very expensive and not worth the money . Breakfast was served with an old brown bread , but overall was nice . The hotel was very quiet and we thought they’d be happy to see some customers around but the worst happened at the checkout , didn’t ask us how was our stay , when asked to book us a cab to gurjaani (5km) the receptionist said their taxi driver is busy and she can’t help us . When I asked why you can’t just call taxi company since it’s a such a big hotel etc.. she said they don’t have any driver and responded “ what do you want me to do , just walk to the highway ( around 7/10min) and stop something there . So after paying 1,100 lari for less than 18hrs we were treated like couple of rubbish . Not to mention that at the wine resort they didn’t have a wine tasting available which was again advertised. Overall it was a sad experience and will be taking this further , they were fine to take hard earned money but refused to give even below average customer service. This place need a good training on everything!

We have the business meetings during the two days in November 2022. We've spent very good time. The accommodation is very good. The hotel has spa and inside and outside pools. There are the Jacuzzi and pool for the children.

The hotell as building and rooms are nice, but… the breakfast is really a joke - no bread, but toast-bred without toaster, nothing to drink except room-temperatured coffe/tea, the «hot» food ceep the same temperature. The straff at the restaurant maybe try, but do not succeed. And then at last - do not expect the wine-taste to be open even the hotell is half full (and they did not tell in advance). The massage at the spa was good thow…
