The air quality of the whole room is poor. Even if the fresh air fan is turned on, the CO2 concentration is maintained at 900+. In terms of room selection, Ctrip only has lake view rooms and starry sky suites, but the actual hotel divides lake view rooms into lakeside lake view rooms and tall lake view rooms, which is inconsistent with the description in Ctrip. In addition, when the toilet ventilation window of the tall lake view room is opened, there is a safety hazard of kowtow before entering the room because of the blind spot of vision. Compared with the hotel's conscious help for guests to carry their bags upstairs before check-in, the hotel did not consciously help guests carry their bags downstairs from the upper floors when checking out.
