第一點服務態度極差，本人在這裏入住了4天因公司要求要查驗發票下載下來，因我不在新疆地區了打開不了查驗發票地址，這個需要新疆地區才能打開查驗下載，就聯繫到了貴酒店前台，前台告知不會操作推到財務那邊（這個時候我已經告訴他我可以教它，把號碼輸入上查驗即可）到了財務這邊根本沒有什麼好話，總結就是不想給你辦這個事，我就納悶2分鐘解決的事情，就不想給客户解決嗎，就這樣乾的服務業嗎！
