在額濟納旗住過雲朵，非常滿意，所以這次看到雲朵又選擇了這家酒店，但是真是雲泥之別！房間很小，衹有一個小小的側窗，側窗對面是玻璃，隔壁是布草間，一宿都亮着燈，也沒窗簾遮擋，跟客服溝通關了大概半小時，燈又亮了，一宿都亮着，為什麼會設計這樣的房間，我住的房間號是7710雙床，如果大家碰巧開到這間房，最好換一間，開完房間就帶孩子去吃飯了，直到晚上關燈睡覺才發現，也來不及換房間，哎，很失敗的一次住宿體驗。衞生間有尿騷味。服務沒得説，很快就能迴應，我們把東西忘在酒店，還打電話讓我們回來取，被褥很乾凈。
