We booked a triple room, but only two towels and bottled water were provided in the room, and the phone in the room was not connected, so we had to go to the front desk to ask in person. The front desk staff said that the room service had gone off duty and would have to wait until 10am the next morning to replenish it, but we had already arranged to leave, and they suggested that "we should have made our request earlier". However, a triple room should be equipped with supplies for three people, and it would be better if more attentiveness could be given to this. Overall, the hardware facilities are good, but the service details and responsiveness can be further improved.
