me and 11 of my family members did our first all inclusive holiday here and it was amazing, down to the food, drinks, activities, hygiene the lot, animations staff were amazing! they were so friendly and funny always inviting us to games and even playing uno with us, Wally one of the animation staff did an incredible job and catered to our family for everything we couldn’t thank him enough!! there were activities regularly and were very inclusive for all ages, night time entertainment is brilliant and the atmosphere is lovely. 10/10 recommend this hotel !

MWe are currently at this hotel now and very sad to be leaving tomorrow! This has been one of the best hotels we have been to! It has so much to offer for families. The hotel is very clean and rooms are cleaned daily with a great mini bar topped up each night! The food is fantastic and has lots of choice on offer. The waiters are lovely and very helpful. The snack bars are great especially for the kids, serving pizza, chips, hot dogs, burgers, chicken nuggets etc plenty of ice creams on offer too! There is a beach just at the bottom of the hotel with lovely hammocks and seating area and the kids enjoyed the chocolate waffles and crepes! The entertainment throughout the day is brillaint and the team are always so friendly and making it fun to join in! A very special shout out to 'Wally' he really made us feel welcome at the hotel and was so friendly and funny and always making us laugh. He was great with the kids and always encouraged us to join in! He always made time to come and see us each day which we thought was lovely, he is a credit to the hotel! 'Titti' was also another lovely guy and we loved watching his dance moves during the aqua aerobics! He is just so funny and we love to watch him around the hotel! He brings lots of fun and laughter for everyone. We will miss him shouting "good morning!!" Some of the best momenta during our holidays have been Oktoberfest and the foam party!! Oktoberfest was by far one of the most fantastic experiences we have ever been a part of on a holiday :) Lots of games for the adults and kids to join in with, soooo much beer and delicious food! We never laughed so much and had the best day ever! We hope to return next year and come back especially for this! The foam parties were brillaint and we were lucky enough to hit two of them! Loads of great music and dancing and the kids loved it!!! It was like one big rave with foam, so much fun!! A bonus was the weather was absolutely fantastic and we hit highs of 40 degrees! There's nothing really bad we could say about this hotel as it had so much to offer I could go on! Cocktails were brillaint so many to choose from and little things for the kids like the free rides on a night were fab! We will be back next year Maxeria!!!

Wow! What an amazing hotel this is. The best all inclusive abroad holiday I have ever had in terms of entertainment, food, cleanliness and all the staff were so polite and go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Many bars inside and lots of pool side bars with snacks and ice creams. The water park is brilliant….although the butterfly water slide is not for the faint hearted but very fun. There is so much selection of food in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A Big shout out to the waiters…Demir, Hayrullah and Erdogen…there were many more who were lovely but can’t name them all unfortunately. When we arrived at the hotel early hours of the morn, Seyit was friendly and helped us all with are bags…family of 12!! He was very friendly and works very hard as all the staff do. Now for the entertainment….they made our holiday!! Titi, Wally, David and others made an experience that we will never forget. The white party was fantastic…David has big talent in mc’ing, dancing and rapping!!! Titi is made for his job he’s so happy, friendly and hilarious….never laughed so much. Wally and the girls also brilliant and get you involved and feel welcomed. So much to say about this hotel and all good….Oktoberfest was brilliant lots of beer and food on the beach, games, dancers limbo and lots more. Foam party was crazy! Cleaners round the pool were amazing. If you get a chance visit Topkapi restaurant…food is amazing and also entertainment…I could go on as so many good things about this hotel.

We had an amazing holiday at maxeria and couldn't fault a thing. The food and drinks were great with lots of choice including cocktails and premium drinks and it being 24hr which was a bonus. Starbucks and the mini bar were also a great addition which the kids loved. The animation team were great and made the holiday, with different activities during the day for both adults and kids, especially Wally and titi. Not forgetting Oktoberfest which was one of the best things we have done on holiday and so much thought went into this, such a fun day for all. The hotel is also absolutely spotless and very clean. Not a thing I would change and don't think anything will top this hotel. Will 100% be booking for next year.

Just stayed at this hotel and it was lovely, food was exceptional and so much choice, animation team were fab bar staff excellent especially Selin who was lovely spoke very good English and was always happy to help the lads behind the bar were great too sorry didn't get their names in fact all the staff were always very helpful. The hotel was very clean would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel absolutely ticks all the boxes from the minute you get there,seyit on reception will.try and help anyone as much as possible and Monica the guest relations is an absolute gem she will sort any issues that pop up now THE ROOMS I stayed in 1246 a side sea view which was perfect for small families and always kept spotless by the maids who come in daily and the sea view and waterpark view were a bonus.and free mini bar restocked everyday. THE RESTAURANT Is very chaotic but always somewhere to sit and always something to eat I actually preferred this to the a la carte. BARS There are many the best drink wise is level 1 bar which is also the 24 hour,the nightclub isn't too bad either,Main pool.bar is decent,waterpark bar very rude and will ignore you for turkish and same with the beach bar. BEACH Not too bad very quiet but very stoney take pool shoes. WATERPARK Absolute selling point for this hotel and alot of fun but be warned there is a female lifeguard on the kids splash bit she caused many issues and got management down to family members several times because of the kids in our party was 10. ENTERTAINMENT Another absolute selling point titi and wally absolutely make this place and are always talking and getting people involved,we new wally from a previous hotel can highly recommend doing the white night and foam party. The hotel itself is very well looked after and always being cleaned yes it's in a pretty secluded area but there are 3 supermarkets just outside use them the hotel one is an absolute rip of.if you ever want a night out I'd highly recommend topkapi we went for dinner and breakfast and both were spot and the owner ergen is an absolute gent nothing is too much trouble for him. So would I return absolutely my only gripe which is not the hotels fault is Germans I nearly got into an altercation with a German family because I got in a lift before them with my 3 year old disabled mum and other kids from our group. Best snack bar is the main pool one and the free ice creams are a bonus.
