For Japanese hotels, the room size is quite satisfactory and the hygiene is very clean. You can see the sea from the window of the room. The sea and bridge are beautiful at night. It is very close to the seaside. If it is summer, you can take your children to play in the sand and go for a walk after meals. I feel good after leaving~ But I don’t know if the air conditioner is broken or something. The room is really stuffy and hot... I toss and turn and can’t fall asleep. I finally fall asleep and wake up because of the heat... Although the hot spring is not open-air and the indoor area is not large, it is still quite good to relieve fatigue~ We made an appointment together with breakfast included. Although the buffet doesn’t have a lot of options, it still has everything you should have~ Rice with stewed beef tendon goes very well with rice. It’s my favorite dish as a meat lover~ Highly recommended~ Because I didn’t make a reservation for dinner, the hotel restaurant was completely full that day and I couldn’t eat anything... There is a Kobe beef BBQ restaurant right after the hotel. It’s expensive, but it’s really delicious~😋For other food, you can only go to JR Maiko The station is over there, about a ten-minute walk~

I've stayed here before, and the area around Seishin Chuo Station has been renovated, so I was able to enjoy it. The hotel room and bathtub were spacious and nice. I think if the lighting in the room was a little brighter, I would spend more time in the room.

Really a nice place for relaxing. Perfect service professional, helpful and friendly staff with a warm smile. We stayed in Naruto Room which is really amazing. Kids are super excited for the free gifts and Naruto , Sasuke clothes. Your can enjoy free drink, snacks and welcome fruit providing in the room. Dinner and breakfast are included which is really high quality and delicious. Awaji beef is a MUST try. If you like watching stars, GRAND CHARIOT is a wonderful for you. The only disadvantage is the transportation. We went there by public transport. All information and instructions are unclear and we spent plenty of time to get there. Also, hotel is far away from the park entrance. You must contact the hotel at the information centre from park Exit F for the pick up when you arrived. Other than that, everything is perfect.

The hotel has a good environment, close to the seaside, and there is a direct bus to the hotel from Kobe Sannomiya Station. The rooms are relatively spacious, bright and comfortable. This Nikko Hotel was formerly the Westin Hotel, so it has the style of an international hotel. The waiters are all warm and friendly. After staying in Okura in Kobe, I feel more friendly when staying here. There is a passage to the Church of the Sea on the second floor of the hotel, and the entire hotel is part of the Dream Stage. Breakfast is also good, Japanese style with mentaiko.

The new hotel has a very good sanitary environment. It is next to the beach and you can see the sunrise in the morning. There are few restaurants nearby and the supermarket takes about 10 minutes to walk to. It is suitable for self-driving tours and the hotel is very cost-effective

The hotel is conveniently located, close to Nanjing Street and Havalando. The room is small but clean. The breakfast is Indian food, not very tasty. There are few varieties, and even fewer suitable for children. The room was booked with two single beds and a sofa bed. I thought I could put the sofa bed and the single bed together with my children, but there was no sofa bed in the room. The reason is that when filling in the number of people staying, I wrote two adults, and I need to pay extra for the sofa bed. Everyone must pay attention when booking. In addition, the 1,300 yen breakfast per person can actually be omitted. There are convenience stores around, and there are many restaurants that are better than Indian food.

Hotel Okura is very prestigious place with Japanese emperor frequently visited. One of the big conglomerates Pre world war 2. 1 year ago, Japanese emperor had visited Okura Kobe. However, it has been subpar to say the least and overpriced. Cleanliness (Stains in a lot of spots) As you can see from the photo. There were stains at bathtub. When I asked the front, they said it is inevitable due to how long it has been used. Even the washroom inside Okura had stains and dust, which is very concerning considering it’s price point Location (Good for sea views but bad for tourism, walking and traveling) The location for sea view is amazing and it’s near haborland and BeKobe. However, Meriken-Oriental park also offer the same sea view + direct port for ferry with same price point and better cleanliness. The big problem with its location is it is far from everywhere else. Some tourist spots such as Kitano Ijinkan, sanomiya city center, waterfalls and herb garden. The JR is at Shin-Kobe which is around 15min taxi. Walking is pain the ass, as front entrance is only for cars, in order to walk, you need to go through one of the three sub-entrances, which requires you taking elevator or walking stairs The location is not bad but there are hotels with better location such as ANA Crowne Plaza Kobe. Directly under the shinkansen, 5 min walk (one street) from kitano ijikan and one straight line to waterfall and herb garden. The service was also fantastic. Service (Amazing, but can’t really speak English) The only thing going for the hotel with this price point was its service. Everyone was really kind and helpful, very professional. I have seen several times staffs were struggling with English speakers but aside it’s amazing. Amenities. (It got the regular stuff but lacking minor stuff like weight scale, free newspaper etc which gets offered at same price point)

Since I'm only staying in Kobe for one night, I basically don't have time to stay in the hotel. I just want to spend the night, so the experience is not particularly profound. I just think it's convenient and has no other worries.

Really nice hotel, nice view, next to portliner train, 15min to Sannomiya, very convenient but away from all noise, only drawbacks is not many choices for food, only one relatively upscale restaurant which is quite nice though
