The overall feeling is good and most of the requests will be resolved, especially the Chinese-speaking staff who received us on the first day, who were warm and considerate. facility: 1. Skiing experience: You need to take a cable car from the hotel to the ski slopes. The cable car will be closed at 4 p.m., so free skiers do not ski much every day. But for people who only skate 4-5 hours a day, it’s enough. Many of the ski coaches here can teach both adults and children. Most of the coaches children meet are very patient. For example, Katy is on the first and last days, and Clara is on the third and fourth days. He taught the children patiently, but the male coach Harry in the middle needed to improve his sense of responsibility and patience. He did not help the children find a suitable snowboard when they lost their snowboard (in the end, other coaches found a shorter board for them) The snow track caused the children to fall frequently). When there were only three children in the same team, the children were asked to change groups and be demoted. It felt like a whole day was wasted. Adult instructor: Rany took us to boldly explore different ski trails and the experience was great. Lachie’s teaching was patient, meticulous and entertaining. Highly recommended. 2. Free entertainment area: There is a table football table, two table tennis tables and a dart board. There are too many children to experience them all. The camera in this area was broken. A child was hit in the mouth with a table football ball by another boy, causing it to swell. The hotel found the other boy but the other party refused to admit it. The hotel said it had a video but later said it was broken. A few days later, the camera was broken. I don't dare to let the children play by themselves in the sky, and they have to watch at night. Health: Very clean, new hotel, everything is new Environment: The ski resort is beautiful, a fairy tale world Service: There are no staff in the free entertainment area. We stayed for 5 days and there was no water in the water fountains in this area. There may be water during the day, but there is no water at night. We can only go to the entrance of the hot spring area to get water. In addition, there are no staff in the gym next to it. There are many children running and playing in it, and the sound is very loud.

I had been traveling Hokkaido over twenty years and visited quite a lot ski resorts hotels; Yu Kiroro simply doesn’t meet the standards. When I searched Google; it shows Yu Kiroro is a 5-star ski in ski out hotel. After arriving; their front desk clerk Shella told us they are service apartments; NOT hotel. She told us their front desk manager will contact us for explanation but no one followed up at all. We stayed there for four days three nights and they only cleaned up the room ONE time; replaced towels ONE time; and do NOT change bed sheets at all. If you need more towels; there will be extra charge. Also the check out time is 10am; if you request for late check out; there will be extra charge. The so called ski in ski out 5-star hotel can help you to dispose ski equipment but there will be extra charges. Also their onsen doesn’t meet ski resort standards as well, their outdoor onsen is just a small bathtub around 3feet x 8feet. They only have one restaurant with simple dishes; also breakfast is included with very limited choices; no gifts shop; no game room. In past years I love every ski resort staying in Hokkaido but not this time. Overall it’s a disappointed experience.

The three-meal buffet in the hotel is mostly white customers. Chinese food and Japanese food are really not good. The facilities are good and there are not many people. The operating hours of the ski lift are a bit short. After 4 o'clock, there is only one red trail and Jiyi Trail. Ctrip’s communication about the airport drop-off was really outrageous. I don’t know where the problem was. I told them several times and they still gave me the wrong time. Fortunately, I finally changed it back with the hotel front desk.
