The cost of the room was higher as service of the staff. And the we got froud from receptionist(Ankit) who is available in morning shift his behaviour was rude and he asked advance money for puskar trip a day before. And he said the if you would not go to puskar, we paid back the advance money but at the time of check out he dined for the same. I think this was point where any got offended by your services. So pls try fix these things instead of charging money for everything. Every person who was available there tried to froud the customer with all the possible ways so who every will book the with same hotel pls make all the things first with the staff they so rude.

Hotel was good. But the they provided was at the back side. No ventilation at all also when asked to give the sme room in front side they charged extra 2000. The service of the room was also ok not great. Food is very good in compare to other hotels in that lane. I don't have images

disappointing experience rating: ⭐⭐ review:
i recently stayed at [hotel royal ajmer] and was very disappointed with my experience. there were several issues that made the stay uncomfortable: 1. cleanliness: the room was not cleaned properly. [there was dust and stains on the bed sheets and pillows cover and pillow quality was not good] 2. customer service: the staff were [we had reached at 8:30 for early check in they have taken 1200 rs addition 3. amenities: no such things are extraordinary only wifi facility. 4. room interior: the room was not is good condition. 5. hotel and room was not justifying the prices overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and i would not recommend this hotel. i hope the management addresses these issues to improve for future guests.

From Jaipur to Ajmer, one night stay at Hotel Royal Ajmer on a tour of Rajasthan. Not easily accessible by car as our driver had to park his car else where and we had to take a rickshaw to get to hotel. Check in was quick, reception and service staff were very receptive. Room was clean and tidy with no window but didn't mind as it was only a one night stay and pay our respect at Dargah Sharif. The breakfast was included and it was fine. The place is very busy throughout the day especially around the Dargah Sharif.
