The worst experience which i had in my entire life..the bed sheet was tired dirty, pillow case was completely dirty, bathroom was also very dirty and there was cockroaches and bed bugs on the bed..this even not matching one percent as trips.com standard...I would like to suggest to trip.com to remove from app for ever that any other guests will not suffer... unfortunately i have to click the star rating as mentioned below and there is rating catagory is 1-5 as that i have to click 1but from me it's a zero star..
