It was very comfortable stay at The Ananta Pushkar Check in was quick and smooth,welcome by Ms. Anjali hospitality was so good and all the staff at reception was helpful throughout the stay. The staff were friendly,helpful and went beyond to make stay special at dining area room boy was aslo polite The resort view is amazing towards hills I can definitely say this home away from home wish the legency continues with their amazing care and hospitality

I had an extremely disappointing and nightmarish experience at Ananta Resort and Spa, Pushkar. From the very moment I entered, things started going downhill. I was served a welcome drink in a glass that had a visible lipstick stain on it – a complete hygiene failure. After a long and frustrating wait, I was finally taken to my room, only to find long strands of hair already on the bed and a suffocating cigarette smell in the room. It took almost two hours just to settle in. We then ordered food, hoping things would get better – but it was utterly inedible. We had to get the dishes replaced two to three times, and even then, it was far from acceptable. To add to the horror, another guest accidentally broke a glass which fell into the pool. The security noticed, yet no one took any action – a serious safety hazard. The resort is also in a rather offbeat location with absolutely nothing to do nearby. Later, we had a meal after speaking directly with the chef, which was slightly better. But ordering basic tawa parathas from the overnight menu cost me ₹1500 – an outrageously overpriced joke. Would never recommend.

Amazing, relaxing, fantastic! After travelling 10+ days across the golden triangle this was most definately worth a night or two. Wonderful secure property where you can enjoy a drink and safely walk through the pathways to your room. Amazingly clean pool, great bar and restaurant areas and friendly staff. All forms of food available (veg and non veg). We had an amazing chicken dish from the main restaurant which would rival any restaurant world wide for perfection. Relaxing, clean and it even had a toilet with a view! Absolutely recommend this place during a visit and my only regret was that we only had one night booked!

Having travelling through India over 10 days already this has been by far my favourite location. We were travelling as friend for AUS and NZ and this was like a luxury paradise on our journey. The resort facilities were very well kept including the reception, pool area, bar and main restaurant. It was an amazing atmosphere sitting near the pool area at sunset into early evening with bar service and background music. For dinner in the Oasis Restaurant we ate a la carte and it was the best meal we have had. The flavours were exceptional, cooked perfectly and exactly what we wanted. I honestly can’t name a fault of this resort

Visited on Rakhi with our family. The resort was similar to Taj Kovalam, Kerala. Loved the ambience and staff. We had dinner there and it was amazing and delicious. We had Liit and Cosmo they were okay. The breakfast spread was good and delicious. Staff is always ready to take feedback and running here and there. Thanks to Lucy and Ansh at the reception. Neetu in the breakfast area. They had live music in the evening, the singer was great but didn't like the choice of music. But everyone has their own choices.

Worst experience of hospitality. I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding our check-in experience at your property today. According to your official policy clearly listed on your website, guests arriving post 0900 hrs are allowed to check in subject to availability on arrival, without any mention of additional charges. We arrived at around 10:30 AM, and your team confirmed that rooms are available. However, both Mr. Birju and Ms. Anjali insisted on charging us extra despite policy terms, and their behavior throughout the interaction was unprofessional and argumentative. We expect hospitality staff—especially senior management—to be courteous and solution-oriented. Unfortunately, our experience has been quite the opposite, leaving us frustrated and disrespected as paying guests. We request an immediate resolution as per your published policy and a written clarification on the matter. We also hope you will take appropriate steps to ensure better customer service in the future.
