Very bad no room service. No response on calling also no room cleaning. Your reception staff mr. Akash not sense of talk with guest. If i told him for these queries he told me give review on site. No apologies from staff end. My last time visited in hotel at 12/04/25 on that time service very good now very worst experience with you I never recommended for this hotel again. The hotel may have spacious rooms and a quiet location, but it is far from the city and the overall experience is extremely disappointing. Service is shockingly poor — staff seem completely demotivated to work. I had to call them over 10 times to fix the TV, yet nothing was done. Cleanliness is a major issue: bedsheets, towels, and toilets were all dirty. The dining hall is large, but the service is practically non-existent. To make matters worse, they served burnt, foul-smelling tea in tiny 50ml glasses — absolutely unacceptable. The swimming pool is filthy and neglected. The front desk is indifferent to guests’ needs — when we asked for help arranging a taxi for sightseeing, they claimed to have no contacts and suggested we speak to the hotel’s security guard instead. Do not trust the high ratings on travel sites — many appear to be manipulated, often from accounts that have posted only one review for this hotel. In short, avoid this hotel entirely, especially if you’re traveling with family. It is a complete waste of money and a huge disappointment.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was very polite and always attentive to our needs. The location is quite convenient. Rooms were clean and the pool side view was beautiful.

The location of the hotel is far away from the city. The location is definitely secluded but it is beautiful and pollution free. The food was very average and seems stale. The rooms are very big but outdated and worn out. The pool was unclean and smelly. The breakfast service was average. Overall we did enjoy ourselves since we were in a group however the experience overall at the property was just average . Sorry we won't recommend this further on.

Such a best experience good rooms and even facilities are very well. The excellent decision made so far to enjoy with family. The staff and the manager was also very responsive
