The hotel was on the main location of ajmer the staff was very attentive to all our requests. They were very helping through out the stay. Will highly recommend the property

The hotel rooms are quite old, with dampness and a bad smell. There are even rats roaming around in the rooms. Hot water for bathing is only available after you waste three buckets of water. They don't provide a kettle in the room, so you can't make hot water or prepare ready-made tea. The room quality is third class. Avoid booking rooms in this hotel, as it feels like you've booked a room in a shelter rather than a hotel. There are no facilities available in the rooms.

Room was smelling. Even after spraying freshener, it didn't work. Food quality was bad. I ordered chicken soup and i have never had such a worst taste. No pic taken.

Bad service. Room is not as show in pic. Water is not available. Bed is used. Take 1000 extra for this room. Worst experience with family. Please give this hotel zero rating. Bathroom is not clean.
