1) Perfect location for dusk and dawn lovers - hardly 2 minutes walk from Annasagar lake. -opposite reliance trends and other clothing shop for last minute weather ditches during a trip - dominos, rominos, lapinnos, subway everything at 2 mins walk for your fussy eaters 2) Great food - Lip smacking veg and non veg kebabs - above average breakfast buffet 3) Awesome service Asked for a few things(honey, extra quilt, extra hand towels) and they made sure it reached us in less than a minute. 1) A tiny bit of issue in washroom ventilation. 2) A tiny bit of issue with bigger SUV valet as the person is not well equipped with automatic bigger segment SUV

Today we came to Hotel The Fern Residency restaurant Laziz to celebrate birthday with our family and we all got very good service, multy cousin types of dishes, the way Mr. Sarwan Kumar ji provided service here was very special and praiseworthy, we thank all the staff members from our heart.❤️♥️

very good restaurant! Came for lunch with my sister. We loved our Thai-style mains which were amazing with lots of flavour, very impressive for a vegetarian restaurant. But the service was below average and the chips were too terrible to finish. When we arrived at 1.40, we had to wait 20 minutes while they got our table ready. OK, so we didn't have a reservation, but the restaurant was only half full. There was no reason to make us wait at all.

The ambience, location, service etc is quite good and it’s the best you can have in Ajmer. The staff here specially Manoj at front desk whereas Srawan Kumar in restaurant is very polite and gentle. I strongly recommend this hotel …………………………
