Top 5-Star Hotels in Ajman

I came to participate in the half-marathon organized in the city and the hotel was really great, great welcome, spacious room.

The room we stayed in had a large balcony, facing the city view, but we could also see the sea from the side; the room was spacious and comfortable, with good facilities, with two separate bathrooms and showers; there was a constant-temperature swimming pool outside the lobby, just walking in Beach 🏖️, you can also customize blessings on the beach, which is more interesting; it is recommended for vacation, and it is cost-effective👍

This is our 2nd visit ito the Bahi Ajman Palace hotel. We visited this place 1st in April this year. We liked it so much that we decided to come here again. Clean cosy rooms, a very effective, good and polite team of servismen, who clean the rooms evey day very effectivly. We liked also the hotel restaurant. The restaurant servismen work very quickly, quietly, professionally. They are very polite and frendly. They do what you want immedeately and with kind smiles. We'd like to mention these men as especially very good and kind men who work in the restaurant - Sohel, R aj, Sanjay, Roshani. We liked the restaurant food, especially rich and generous dinners. The beach is regularly cleaned and the people who work there are redy to help at any moment. Thank you Soju for medical help. In geneal all the people who work at the hotel are highly professional helpful kind and good. Thank you everybody.

Relaxing great comfortable stay however experienced unpleasant situations water at 3 am stopped than back automatically and the door look didn't work and the room carpet hygiene need attention well the stuff inside amenities hotel were friendly and helpful apperiacted assist Arjun & at luggage enter was helpful by explaining direction of street.

Having stayed at this hotel for many years I have to say that I was bitterly disappointed with this trip We booked a King Sea View Room on a half board basis which I understood to be Bed Breakfast and either lunch or dinner I have a problem with my hip and when we got to our room i was disappointed that on previous occasions we had managed to book a room with a walk in shower The room we were given had a shower over the bath and the sealing around the bath at the tap end was all breaking away which subsequently caused the water to seep through and flood the bathroom floor To get around the issue of the Shower situation we agreed to occupy a suite at an additional 200 Dirhams per night, the room in question did indeed have a shower but unfortunately as it was located on the top floor I experienced a huge problem with air coming from the taps bidet etc which as i explained to them must be caused with air in the system To my surprise a lady on reception admitted that there was an issue with the plumbing on the top floor and despite several visits fro engineering the problem was not solved fully. The other thing I complained about was that the Half board in their terminology actually means bed breakfast and a 50Dirham contribution to eat lunch or dinner. When I pointed out that 50 Dirham didn’t buy a burger and chips in the sports bar the comment I received was that Burger and chips fell under the heading of a La Carte which in itself seems ridiculous. The holiday was pretty much ruined by these events but would comment that the staff working in the restaurants and indeed the guys who take care of the guests on the beach and around the pool were exceptional in their professionalism and care offered to all the guests as was the Food and Beverage manager who went out of his way to listen and take on board the issues we experienced. When we originally stayed at the hotel it was managed by the Kempinski Group and unfortunately all I can say is that the overall experience we endured over our 10 night stay was far from what you would expect from a 5 Star establishment

Sincere gratitude to Jay and Mayan, and their team at the Oberoi for providing us with an incredible weekend stay. The dining in the Vinesse was perfect, we had the Angus steak cooked to perfection and the outdoor environment was peaceful and very tranquil. The gym and pool facilities are excellent! The hotel feels private, and exclusive even when at 80% capacity. The grounds are well maintained and we had lots of wildlife to enjoy during our stay, we even had two parrots 🦜 visit us on our balcony. The rooms are 5 star with high end finishes, amazing views, comfortable lounge spaces and excellent entertainment, plenty of great movie channels if you have children or prefer a quiet night in after a nice meal. The spa, massage and wellness facilities are best in class and extensive, there are also a great selection of activities, kayaking and yoga to chocolate tasting, we will certainly try the golf course during our next stay. It was amazing the staff is super friendly especially thanks for Rami who was very welcoming and caring to all the guests the room is spacious et more importantly quiet and confortable with no issue like I didn’t sleep that well for such a long time and I can not thank you enough for that the food is fresh healthy not salty and tasty they give generous portions the service in the restaurant is really good while in Dubai the service and quality are going downhill I was pleased to see that in this hotel the standard of service is still high the manager of the restaurant is always smiling and trying to help you can feel that they really care

Buffet breakfasts and dinners are amazing. So many choices, very delicious. Noise from like a water sprinkles from parking area was very disturbing. Nice staff, good location.

Nice hotel very good staft specially angel nice smilling.also nice facilities spcialy swimming pool room are very clean and sanitize.and near supermarket.and very good location its easy to get taxi.also the management are very accomodating and i will come back again☺️🥰

We were there at the beginning of May 2024. I really liked the location - on the one hand, it is much cheaper than in Dubai, on the other hand, you can get to Dubai within an hour. Unlike Dubai, they do not charge a resort tax. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the Dubai Mall - departure from the hotel at approximately 15.40, departure from the Dubai Mall at 21.00. We ordered a taxi to the airport from the hotel, it cost 100 dirhams. Grocery supermarkets and an outlet are within walking distance from the hotel. Convenient to cross the road to the beach. The hotel has a small indoor pool with warm water, a bathhouse and a sauna. At the reception you can exchange dollars and euros for dirhams - at the rate of 3.6 at the exchange office at the airport they exchanged us 3.45. It was my daughter’s birthday, which we didn’t notify the hotel about, and when we returned from the beach we saw a gift - a cake. It was a pleasure. During our stay, we were asked three times whether the quality of service was satisfactory - once by phone, at the reception, and the cleaning manager came up. The food for breakfast was varied and tasty. We didn't take lunch or dinner, because... wanted to try different local food. If necessary, you can order, for an adult it will be approximately 60 dirhams. On the beach they provide towels and sunbeds for free, there are almost always places available. Minuses: - cool water came out of the tap and shower almost all the time, except for the last day, no matter how you regulate it. It was not very pleasant to wash. - there is a drain on the floor in the kitchen and bathroom, apparently a not very pleasant smell came from them periodically. Overall I recommend the hotel. Definitely worth the money. In terms of price-quality ratio, the best option.
