Radisson Blu Residences, Al Hoceima

Together with two other families, we booked our stay several weeks/months in advance in order to secure apartments at your residence. However, upon arrival and during check-in, it seemed as though our reservations had not been expected. After waiting for about half an hour, we were asked if we would consider sharing a single bungalow with the other two families. This was unacceptable, as we had all made separate reservations and naturally expected to receive the apartments we had each booked. After a discussion with the front desk representative, Loubna, we were informed that other guests had extended their stay and that there were therefore no apartments available for us. We were told to wait, which we had to do for over an hour in the lobby with my pregnant wife after a five-hour drive, before finally receiving the keys to apartment 502. Unfortunately, upon using the shower in this apartment, we discovered that water flooded the entire unit and spread across all rooms. I immediately returned to the reception to report the issue, after which Loubna reassigned us to bungalow 2501. The following morning, however, we encountered a severe ant infestation in the toilet. Over the next days, it became apparent that the ants were spreading between the bathroom, the shower room, and even into the hallway.

Unfortunately, my stay at the bungalow was disappointing due to issues with cleanliness and pests, including mosquitoes, dust, spiders, and ants. While the staff were polite and repeatedly assured me that the problems would be addressed, no meaningful action was taken for some time. It was only after a member of the hotel’s security team, Karim, stepped in that the situation was properly handled and I was moved to another unit. I truly appreciate Karim’s honesty, professionalism, and willingness to assist—his support made a difficult experience more manageable. Kudos to him.

No warmth welcome when you show up. The personel are mediocre when it comes to communication. The romm is full a dust there was trash behin the sofa . Amenities are very poor . No room service at all. I took a shower the whole bathroom was full of water called the reception with my own cellphone no answer.the bathroom is almost dark you barely can see your face. I tried the phone in the bedroom not workin at all. I had the security callin someone from the house keeping service he refused to come claiming he would charge me 100 dh each time. I wasnt informed when i checked in.the check out took more than 45 mn . I felt like am not welcome at all so disappointed . Am sure i will not come back

Nice location, big appartments but a lot of work needs to be done on the cleaning in the appartments, buildings and pool area. We went to the store to buy all the cleaning equipment ourselves because it was really bad. We also booked a room with seaview, but after arrival the reception told us they do not have any rooms with sea view
