An authentic, properly made French soupe de poisson has to be one of my culinary winter favourites. For some reason it's hard to find the 'right' version that offers the traditional rich flavour, even in France. To my surprise, the restaurant at the hotel served one of the most delicious soupes I've ever had. Sadly, not the same good luck in the other restaurants on the island, so more than once decided to keep the dinner light to enjoy a late soupe treat upon returning to the hotel. And adding to this rare find are the wonderful views, facilities and the efficient service you get at the hotel, which is a great choice for that corner of the island.

highly recommended, best experience, service, staffs 10/10. very sweet and welcoming. they took care of us. it was my mom's birthday and the team prepared s small cake as a surprise for her. it was such a sweet gesture which she appreciated a lot. every single staffs were so sweet and helpful towards us. food was excellent and great choice. would definitely go there again! wonderful experience!!! Thank you so much Dolce Vita team.

Hôtel bien situé sur la route des sanguinaires,bon accueil mais restaurant très bon mais hors de prix 200€ à deux sans champagne ni langouste 1 seul dessert vin au verre à 20€ et le tout hors saison..... Il est préférable de retourner dîner sur la ville

Le site de l’hôtel est magique. Une terrasse avec vue à 180 degrés sur la mer et les îles sanguinaires. le petit déjeuner est excellent avec des produits variés et frais. Les chambres sont très agréables, la literie excellente. Enfin, le personnel est extrêmement gentil. Nous y retournerons dès que possible

Rien d'exceptionnel en restauration si ce n'est le cadre ! Tarifs chers. Un maître d'hôtel franchement pas agréable non plus !!! Heureusement que la serveuse était plus sympathique !. Bref, je n'en garde pas un si bon souvenir et ne le recommande pas non plus.

Hotel semplicemente perfetto! Posizione panoramica con terrazza ristorante a picco sul mare. Solo la location merita una visita! Camere ampie, spaziose e molto pulite. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Il ristorante è divino. Credo il migliore che si possa trovare ad Ajaccio e dintorni.

D’abord le positif : nous avons reçu un surclassement dans une suite junior. Rideaux vraiment occultants et calme absolu. Emplacement directement en bord de mer. Génial. On peut pratiquement plonger de sa chambre dans la mer. Également le petit déjeuner servi en terrasse est vraiment agréable. Personnel très gentil. Négatif: la décoration le mobilier le service tout rappelle un 3 étoiles moyen. La direction économise sur tout et ça se sent.
